La Banque de France recrute un "Gestionnaire de dossiers de passeports européens H/F" pour renforcer ses équipes.

Contexte :

L'Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) a pour missions principales d'assurer le contrôle prudentiel des établissements bancaires et financiers, de contribuer au maintien de la stabilité financière et de veiller à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de mesures de prévention et de résolution des crises bancaires.

La direction des autorisations est chargée d’instruire les demandes d’agrément, d’extension d’activité et de modification de situation des établissements soumis au contrôle de l’ACPR.

Au sein de la direction des autorisations, le service des établissements et procédures spécialisés est composé d'une vingtaine de personnes réparties en trois pôles ("analystes", "gouvernance et agents", "passeports européens"). Le pôle "passeports", composé de 4 agents, est en charge des formalités de passeport européen dans le cadre de la reconnaissance mutuelle des agréments entre pays de l'espace économique européen, pour l'ensemble des entités du secteur bancaire (établissements de crédit, entreprises d'investissement, établissements de paiement et de monnaie électronique,...).

Activités du poste :

Instruction des demandes de passeport en libre établissement (agents et succursales) :

  • vérification de la complétude et de la conformité des documents remis ;
  • analyse de la gouvernance, des prévisions d'activité, des procédures de contrôle ;
  • rédaction d'une synthèse des demandes.

Instruction des demandes de passeport en libre prestation de services : vérification de la complétude et traitement.

Participation aux réunions avec les établissements et les autres autorités européennes dans le cadre des demandes de passeport.

Mise à jour du référentiel des agents financiers (REGAFI)

  • Procéder aux saisies des dossiers passeport dans le registre REGAFI
  • Veiller à la qualité et à la fiabilité des données

Profil recherché:

Vous justifiez d’une formation (niveau Bac +2) à dominante juridique, comptable, bancaire ou financière. Une première expérience professionnelle dans le secteur financier serait appréciée.

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances du système bancaire et financier ou la capacité à les acquérir rapidement en raison de votre intérêt pour ce domaine.

Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance de l'anglais (écrit et parlé) - niveau B2.

Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé, attentif au respect des délais. Vous avez un goût marqué pour les travaux d’analyse, une aisance rédactionnelle et vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
