Le gestionnaire de dossiers de surendettement a pour mission de contribuer à la gestion et à la prévention du surendettement auprès des particuliers conformément au cadre réglementaire.

Vous souhaitez vous investir dans des missions de service public à destination des particuliers, et notamment le traitement des situations de surendettement. Au sein de la région Grand Est, vous intégrerez le Centre de Traitement Partagé du Surendettement (CTPS) de Colmar, organisé autour de 2 pôles (Pôle back-office surendettement et Pôle accueil du public). Le service est composé de 18 agents (dont 2 agents de maîtrise et 1 cadre) et assure le traitement de près de 4000 dossiers de surendettement (données 2025) pour la zone de regroupement qui comprend 2 commissions de surendettement (Bas-Rhin et Haut-Rhin), ainsi que l'ensemble des opérations avec les usagers de la sphère financière. En complément de ces activités, le service participe aux actions d'éducation financière des publics (travailleurs sociaux, Éducation nationale, etc.).

VOS ACTIVITÉS

Sous la supervision de la responsable du service, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Traiter l’instruction préalable du dossier de surendettement pour présentation à la Commission ;
  • Établir l’état détaillé des dettes ;
  • Élaborer et valider les mesures imposées et/ou le plan conventionnel ;
  • Accompagner les usagers et les créanciers sur les dossiers de surendettement ;
  • Contribuer aux travaux liés à la tenue de la Commission de surendettement ;
  • Remonter les dysfonctionnements détectés ;
  • En fonction des besoins, apporter un appui dans la tenue du guichet ou participer aux actions d’éducation budgétaire, financière et économique des publics.
