La Banque de France recrute un "Opérateur sur machine (H/F)" pour renforcer ses équipes. La Banque de France est aujourd'hui le pilier français de l'Eurosystème, système fédéral qui regroupe la Banque Centrale Européenne et les banques centrales nationales. Ses trois grandes missions sont la stratégie monétaire, la stabilité financière et les services à l'économie. Les services à l'économie, qui s'adressent aux ménages et aux entreprises, sont en grande partie assurés par le réseau des succursales de la Banque de France. Le Centre - Val de Loire compte 6 succursales départementales.

Au sein de la succursale régionale d'Orléans, vous intègrerez un service de caisse qui compte 10 personnes. Vous serez chargé de :

TRAITEMENT DES VALEURS

  • Réaliser les opérations de tri (machine TOSHIBA 810) ;
  • Conduire les opérations avec la clientèle institutionnelle ;
  • Recycler les valeurs, effectuer le contrôle qualité des produits ;
  • Effectuer les travaux de maintenance et de logistique ;
  • Analyser les contrefaçons, les billets mutilés, les billets maculés et les billets privés du cours légal.

RELATION AVEC LA CLIENTÈLE

  • Certifier toutes opérations réalisées avec la clientèle dans le cadre des dispositions réglementaires ;
  • Réaliser les opérations de versements et de prélèvements avec la clientèle institutionnelle.

Profil recherché:

‎

Titulaire d'un niveau Bac, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'opérateur sur machine automatique et/ou dans le domaine de la sureté/sécurité. Adaptable et polyvalent, vous êtes capable de vous former et de maitriser les outils de pilotage des équipements (une formation sera assurée sur site).

Discret, rigoureux, méthodique et pédagogue, vous avez des qualités relationnelles avérées et de bonnes aptitudes au dialogue et au reporting. Autonome, vous faites preuve de souplesse et de disponibilité et disposez d'un bon sens du collectif et d'un sens du service. Vous analysez les situations avec discernement tout en étant réactif. Le poste requiert une ponctualité très importante.
