La DGSO (Direction Générale de la Stabilité financière et des Opérations) exerce une grande partie de ses activités dans le cadre de l'Eurosystème dont elle est un acteur majeur : Mise en œuvre de la politique monétaire, conduite des opérations de change, gestion des réserves, promotion du bon fonctionnement des systèmes de paiement, stabilité financière et services bancaires.

La DESY est responsable de la contribution française au développement de plusieurs plateformes européennes : T2S/T2, ECMS, MAPS...

MAPS est la plateforme de traitement des opérations de marché sur les activités allant du Front-Office à la Comptabilité et repose sur le progiciel Calypso. MAPS est développée et opérée par les 2 CB : Banque de France (BdF) et Banco de España (BdE). 7 Banques Centrales utilisent MAPS : outre BdF et BdE, Chypre. Malte, Pays-Bas, Irlande, Finlande. L'intégration d'autres banques centrales est en cours de négociation.

Dans votre mission au sein du PTO MAPS vous aurez à :

  • Fournir un soutien administratif aux responsables et manager (Product manager, Evolution Manager, Operational Manager, MAPS Partners Manager), notamment en contribuant au secrétariat des instances de gouvernances.
  • Suivre l'avancement des activités, en s'assurant que les délais, budget sont respectés. Garantir ou contribuer au suivi du budget au projet.
  • Garantir ou contribuer à l’élaboration et maintien de la planification, la coordination, la cohérence des actions et s’assurer de la progression de celles-ci.
  • Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour de la documentation, y compris les plans, les rapports et les procédures.
  • Aider à la coordination des activités de transformation.
  • Contribuer à une communication claire et régulière entre les membres de l'équipe, les parties prenantes et les parties externes concernées.
  • Aider à l'identification, à l'évaluation et à la gestion des risques et des problèmes liés au produit MAPS.
  • Préparer et faciliter les instances, réunions et les ateliers de travail, en veillant à ce que les décisions et les actions soient documentées et suivies.

Le poste est à pourvoir à partir de novembre pour 5 mois.

Profil recherché:

Formation :

  • Etudiant de niveau BAC + 4 en formation IT. Une connaissance du secteur financier est un plus.

Compétences :

  • Savoir organiser ses activités
  • Connaissance de méthode de conduite de projets
  • Connaissance d'outils de développement, gestion et exploitation de données (bases de données, python, excel...)
