The posting

Rattaché(e) au Responsable du Bureau d’Études des activités support de la DU Residential, vous intervenez en tant qu’ingénieur(e) en conception mécanique et contribuez au développement, à l'amélioration et à l'évolution des produits du groupe.

Vos principales missions :

  • Rechercher, étudier et documenter les solutions techniques et technologiques les plus adaptées aux besoins des projets.
  • Participer à la conception et au développement de solutions innovantes conformes aux exigences fonctionnelles, normatives et industrielles.
  • Réaliser la modélisation 3D des pièces et assemblages ainsi que les plans de définition, nomenclatures, chaînes de cotes et autres livrables techniques associés.
  • Dans le cadre du processus de Product Change Management (PCM), analyser les demandes d'évolution (Engineering Change Requests), définir les réponses techniques appropriées, valider les solutions retenues et assurer la diffusion des avis de modification.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Qualité, Achats, Production et les fournisseurs afin de garantir la faisabilité et la robustesse des solutions développées.
  • Travailler en interface avec les différentes entités R&D du groupe pour assurer la cohérence technique et le partage des bonnes pratiques.
  • Veiller au respect des objectifs de qualité, coûts et délais définis pour les projets.
  • Participer à la réalisation des prototypes, au suivi des essais et à l'analyse des résultats afin de valider les performances des solutions développées.

Profil recherché

Titulaire d'une formation supérieure en mécanique (niveau ingénieur ou équivalent), vous justifiez d'au moins 5 années d'expérience en conception mécanique au sein d'un bureau d'études ou d'un environnement industriel.

Rigoureux(se) et autonome, vous disposez d'un excellent esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Vous appréciez le travail collaboratif et savez interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés, en interne comme en externe. Votre ouverture d'esprit, votre sens de l'écoute et votre aisance relationnelle vous permettent de contribuer positivement à la réussite des projets et au développement de l'équipe.

  • Maîtrise d'un logiciel de CAO 3D, idéalement Solid Edge.
  • La connaissance de Teamcenter ou d'un outil PLM équivalent constitue un atout.
  • Bonnes connaissances des procédés de fabrication : injection plastique, thermoformage, tôlerie, fonderie, mécanosoudure et assemblage.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Excel ; la connaissance de SAP est appréciée.
  • Anglais technique opérationnel, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
