Description du poste

En tant qu’Ingénieur Essais Laboratoire, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la validation, la qualification et l’évolution technique de nos produits. Vous serez responsable de la conformité des performances, de la sécurité et de la sûreté de fonctionnement des systèmes testés. Vous interviendrez à toutes les étapes des essais : de la préparation au reporting final, en passant par la mise en place et l’exploitation des résultats.

Vos principales missions

1. Préparation des essais

  • Définir le plan ou schéma de test en collaboration avec le chef de projet thermodynamique.
  • Préparer et installer le produit sur les bancs d’essai et/ou en chambres climatiques.
  • Définir et mettre en place les équipements de mesure ainsi que les indicateurs nécessaires.
  • Mettre en condition le moyen d’essai avant réalisation.

2. Réalisation des essais

  • Conduire les essais de performance thermodynamique, hydraulique, électrique et électronique.
  • Gérer et piloter les moyens d’essai ainsi que la machine en cours de test.
  • Participer à la création et à l’amélioration du plan de test (lead technique).

3. Exploitation des résultats

  • Analyser les données de mesure, identifier les comportements clés et anormaux.
  • Présenter les résultats, mettre en forme les conclusions et formuler des recommandations.
  • Rédiger les rapports d’essais complets et exploitables.

4. Support technique & amélioration continue

  • Proposer des axes d’évolution techniques ou technologiques.
  • Actualiser les dossiers techniques du projet.
  • Assister les différents services internes et les fournisseurs sur les sujets techniques.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du laboratoire d’essais.

Profil recherché

Savoir-être

  • Goût prononcé pour les challenges techniques.
  • Adaptabilité, aisance à la fois dans la théorie et la pratique.
  • Proactivité, esprit d’initiative et force de proposition.
  • Esprit d’équipe et bonne humeur indispensable.
  • Esprit de synthèse, rigueur et autonomie.

Savoir-faire / Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise des principes hydrauliques.
  • Bonnes connaissances en électricité et en régulation : lecture de schémas électriques, compréhension des logiques de fonctionnement et des principes de régulation thermodynamique.
  • Maîtrise des principes thermodynamiques (fluides, composants…).
  • Connaissance en métrologie et instrumentation.
  • À l’aise avec les outils numériques
  • Anglais professionnel, à l’écrit (communication fournisseurs & rédaction de rapports).
