Dans un contexte de transformation du marché de l'énergie et d'évolution vers des solutions plus durables, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Comptabilité Clients et Trésorerie pour contribuer à la performance financière de l'entreprise et accompagner les équipes dans l'optimisation de nos processus financiers.

Au sein de la Direction Financière, vous êtes responsable du pilotage de la comptabilité clients, de la trésorerie et du cash collection. Véritable partenaire des équipes commerciales et des fonctions support, vous contribuez à l'optimisation du besoin en fonds de roulement (BFR) et à la sécurisation des flux financiers de l'entreprise.

Vos principales missions

Pilotage de la comptabilité clients et du cash collection

  • Superviser l'ensemble du processus Order to Cash.
  • Garantir la qualité du suivi des comptes clients et des encaissements.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de recouvrement des créances.
  • Réduire le DSO et optimiser durablement le BFR.
  • Suivre les litiges clients en coordination avec les équipes commerciales et opérationnelles.
  • Prévenir et maîtriser les risques de crédit clients.

Gestion de la trésorerie

  • Assurer le pilotage quotidien des flux de trésorerie.
  • Élaborer et fiabiliser les prévisions de trésorerie à court, moyen et long terme.
  • Produire les reportings et indicateurs de suivi de la performance cash.
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des partenaires bancaires pour les sujets opérationnels.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion de trésorerie.

Management et amélioration continue

  • Encadrer, animer et développer les compétences de votre équipe.
  • Structurer l'activité par la mise en place de procédures, rituels de pilotage et tableaux de bord.
  • Développer une culture de performance fondée sur des KPI pertinents.
  • Mener des actions d'amélioration continue dans une approche Lean.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes pour optimiser la performance de l'activité.

Votre profil

De formation supérieure en Comptabilité, Finance ou Gestion (DSCG ou équivalent), vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire ou au sein d'un département financier d'une entreprise structurée.

Vous avez développé :

  • Une solide expertise en comptabilité clients, credit management et trésorerie.
  • Une expérience confirmée du management d'équipe.
  • Une forte capacité à travailler en transversalité avec les équipes commerciales, financières et opérationnelles.
  • Une réelle appétence pour l'amélioration continue et l'optimisation des processus.

Vous maîtrisez idéalement :

  • SAP ;
  • Power BI ;
  • Excel avancé.

Un niveau d'anglais courant est indispensable pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
