Bouw jij mee aan de energietransitie én aan een professionele inkooporganisatie? De rol

Als Tactical Buyer (Tactisch Inkoper) bij Fortes Energy Systems zet jij de koers uit voor een effectieve, toekomstbestendige inkoop. Jij bent het tactische geweten van de afdeling Inkoop en zorgt samen met twee operationele inkopers dat alle onderdelen en materialen voor onze AquaHeat-afleversets op tijd, in de juiste kwaliteit én tegen de beste condities beschikbaar zijn.

Je schakelt dagelijks met leveranciers en interne stakeholders (o.a. Supply Chain, Logistiek en Productie) en bewaakt continu de balans tussen prijs, kwaliteit, levertijd, leverbetrouwbaarheid en voorraadniveaus. Zo maak je direct impact op onze leverperformance, kosten én groei van Fortes binnen de BDR Thermea Group.

Daarnaast zijn we binnen de BDR-Group continu bezig Procurement steeds effectiever te organiseren. Dit betekent uitdagende projecten, samenwerkingen aangaan en optimalisaties inzetten met de collega’s uit de groep.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Tactical Buyer

  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van de inkoopstrategie en tactische inkoopplannen.
  • Opbouwen, onderhouden en professionaliseren van leveranciersmanagement (relaties, performance en afspraken).
  • Onderhandelen over condities en bijdragen aan contractonderhandelingen en raamafspraken.
  • Benchmarken, marktonderzoek uitvoeren en kansen identificeren voor kostenbesparing en risicoreductie.
  • Samenwerken binnen de BDR Thermea Group aan gezamenlijke contracten en synergie in inkoop.
  • Coachen van twee operationele inkopers en het initiëren van verbeteringen in inkoop- en supply chain-processen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Logistiek of Techniek).
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in inkoop, procurement of supply chain (bijv. als inkoper/buyer).
  • Ervaring in een technische en/of productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met leveranciersmanagement en (bij voorkeur) contractonderhandelingen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
