Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) Comercial para atuar na interface entre clientes, equipes técnicas e parceiros, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de soluções e propostas voltadas à consultoria e ao licenciamento ambiental.

A posição terá atuação desde a análise inicial das demandas e do enquadramento ambiental dos projetos até a definição de escopos, metodologias, recursos e composição das propostas técnico-comerciais.

Procuramos um(a) profissional que combine conhecimento técnico em licenciamento ambiental, visão comercial, capacidade de negociação e organização, com facilidade para compreender as necessidades dos clientes e transformá-las em soluções viáveis e competitivas.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Receber, interpretar e analisar demandas apresentadas pelos clientes;
  • Levantar informações e realizar o enquadramento técnico e ambiental dos projetos;
  • Estruturar escopos e pré-projetos para estudos e processos de licenciamento ambiental;
  • Definir e/ou revisar metodologias executivas de acordo com as características e necessidades de cada projeto;
  • Dimensionar os recursos técnicos, humanos e operacionais necessários para a execução dos serviços;
  • Elaborar orçamentos e propostas técnicas e comerciais;
  • Pesquisar, avaliar e negociar com fornecedores, consultores e parceiros;
  • Apoiar a composição de equipes multidisciplinares necessárias à execução dos projetos;
  • Analisar requisitos legais, procedimentos e exigências dos órgãos ambientais;
  • Acompanhar atualizações da legislação ambiental aplicável aos projetos;
  • Acompanhar propostas, negociações e demandas em andamento junto aos clientes;
  • Atuar no relacionamento com clientes, buscando compreender suas necessidades e identificar oportunidades de geração de valor;
  • Contribuir para a gestão e organização da base de dados de clientes, propostas, fornecedores e oportunidades comerciais;
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de contratos relacionados à prestação de serviços de consultoria ambiental;
  • Promover a integração entre as áreas comercial e técnica, garantindo coerência entre o escopo proposto e as necessidades do cliente.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior em Biologia, Engenharia Ambiental, Geografia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com licenciamento ambiental e elaboração ou gestão de estudos ambientais;
  • Experiência em projetos relacionados ao licenciamento ambiental de empreendimentos de energias renováveis, como eólica, solar e/ou hídrica;
  • Vivência com elaboração de propostas, orçamentos, escopos ou gestão de contratos relacionados à consultoria ambiental;
  • Experiência no relacionamento com clientes, fornecedores e equipes multidisciplinares;
  • Conhecimento em planejamento e acompanhamento de projetos;
  • Conhecimento do Microsoft Project;
  • CNH categoria B;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais.
