Estamos conduzindo a busca por um(a) Coordenador(a) Comercial para integrar uma empresa brasileira em plena fase de expansão, que vem construindo uma marca com forte foco em design, experiência do consumidor e diferenciação no segmento de bens de consumo. A empresa busca um profissional que atue como protagonista na evolução da operação comercial, apoiando a estruturação de processos, o desenvolvimento da equipe e a construção de uma área cada vez mais eficiente, escalável e orientada por indicadores.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Liderar a evolução da operação comercial, estruturando processos, rotinas e boas práticas para sustentar o crescimento da área;
  • Atuar em parceria com a liderança na definição e implementação de estratégias comerciais;
  • Desenvolver fluxos, playbooks e processos que tragam mais eficiência e escalabilidade à operação;
  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar o time comercial, promovendo alinhamento, evolução técnica e alta performance;
  • Monitorar indicadores, pipeline, forecast e resultados, propondo ações para melhoria contínua da operação;
  • Garantir a correta utilização do CRM e apoiar a evolução dos processos comerciais;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com Marketing e Growth para fortalecer a geração e conversão de oportunidades;
  • Identificar gargalos, propor melhorias e apoiar decisões estratégicas por meio da análise de indicadores.
  • Experiência em liderança ou coordenação de equipes comerciais;
  • Vivência em operações de Inside Sales, atuando com vendas inbound e outbound;
  • Experiência na estruturação ou evolução de processos comerciais;
  • Experiência com gestão de pipeline, funil comercial e indicadores de desempenho;
  • Familiaridade com CRM e ferramentas de gestão comercial;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado por resultados;
  • Facilidade para construir processos, desenvolver pessoas e implementar melhorias;
  • Boa comunicação, capacidade de influência e visão de negócio.

  • Experiência em empresas em crescimento ou ambientes de startup;
  • Experiência na implantação de playbooks, rotinas comerciais e processos de vendas;
  • Conhecimento em Kommo CRM;

  • Passagem por empresas de tecnologia, SaaS, educação, moda, beleza, decoração, varejo premium ou negócios com forte atuação consultiva.
