In deze functie ben je een cruciale schakel binnen onze organisatie: jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste consultant op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zit. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan succesvolle projecten én aan de ontwikkeling van onze professionals. Daarnaast werk je ook nauw samen met onze recruiter; vanuit jouw rol denk je mee over de toekomstige groei van ons team, waarbij je betrokken bent bij initiatieven die helpen om nieuwe collega’s te verwelkomen en ben je actief betrokken in het recruitmentproces.

Dit ga je doen als resource manager:

Je hebt een breed takenpakket waarin zowel strategie als uitvoering samenkomen. Je houdt je bezig met workforce planning, het monitoren van bezetting, het actueel houden van consultantprofielen en het signaleren van kansen in de markt. Dankzij jouw helicopterview en oog voor detail weet je precies waar ruimte zit, waar knelpunten ontstaan en hoe we continu kunnen verbeteren.

Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in onze recruitmentactiviteiten: je werkt samen met het recruitmentteam bij het identificeren van nieuwe talentbehoeften, denkt mee over wervingsstrategieën en ondersteunt bij het selecteren van kandidaten die aansluiten bij de groei van onze praktijk. Zo zorg je niet alleen voor optimale inzet van ons huidige team, maar draag je ook bij aan het aantrekken van toekomstig talent.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging in een dynamische omgeving met maatschappelijke impact
  • Bachelor in Bedrijfskunde, HR of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • 2–4 jaar ervaring in resource management en/of projectcoördinatie.
  • Ervaring binnen resource management/HR in consultancy of vergelijkbare industrie is een pré.
  • Bekendheid met consultancy‑omgevingen en projectdelivery‑modellen.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vaardigheid in resource planning tools en Microsoft Office.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
