Als Senior Strategie Consultant bij BearingPoint leid je een multidisciplinair team of maak je deel uit van uitdagende opdrachten bij een breed scala aan klanten in verschillende sectoren, zoals Consumer Goods & Retail, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Banking & Capital Markets, Post en Telecommunicatie. We zoeken professionals met een sterke analytische achtergrond en ervaring in een van de volgende rollen: strategisch advies, corporate strategy, (investment) analyst, M&A of een vergelijkbare functie.

Voor ons kantoor in Amsterdam zijn we op zoek naar professionals met ervaring in (top-line) strategie, strategie-uitvoering, strategische transformaties en/of Innovatie en Business Model Design. Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en wilt je kwantitatieve expertise inzetten voor verschillende klanten in uiteenlopende sectoren.

Verder omvat de functie:

Leiderschap en teamontwikkeling Je bouwt een expert team om je heen en neemt de leiding in projecten.

Strategische projectrealisatie Je voert complexe kwantitatieve analyses uit, analyseert marktomvang, creëert business cases, ontwikkelt scenariomodellen en maakt financiële impact analyses.

Strategische innovatie Je ontwikkelt nieuwe strategische bedrijfsmodellen, ontwerpt target operating models, vertaalt analyses naar inzichten en verzorgt managementpresentaties.

Faciliteren en stakeholdermanagement Je begeleidt workshops, voert sterk project- en stakeholdermanagement uit en werkt nauw samen met klanten aan hun bedrijfsstrategieën.

Transformatie en innovatie Je adviseert over de ontwikkeling en integratie van innovatieve concepten en technologieën, signaleert klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar nieuwe projecten.

End-to-end verantwoordelijkheid Je leidt klanttrajecten van concept tot realisatie, coacht junior collega's en beheert relaties met belangrijke stakeholders.

Jouw profiel

Achtergrond en ervaring Bij voorkeur een consultancy achtergrond of vergelijkbare rol met sterke analytische vaardigheden en minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring.

Opleiding Een relevante master opleiding, bij voorkeur met economische/bedrijfskundige focus of technische specialisatie.

Strategische expertise Ervaring met strategische en kwantitatieve vraagstukken, zoals market sizing, business value casing, scenariomodellering, financiële impact analyse, business model innovatie en target operating model design.

Strategisch inzicht Sterk commercieel inzicht om strategische richting te vertalen naar concrete veranderingen en eigenaarschap te nemen over end-to-end projecttrajecten.

Projectmanagement Bewezen projectmanagementvaardigheden en ervaring met het succesvol afronden van complexe opdrachten.

Communicatieve vaardigheden Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
