Als Senior Consultant adviseer je onze klanten over verbeterprojecten, zoals het inzetten van AI Agents, het stroomlijnen van processen en het implementeren van innovatieve digitale oplossingen die de prestaties verbeteren en de kosten verlagen. Je leidt transformaties die leiden tot meetbare verbeteringen voor onze klanten.

Binnen het Operations team krijg je de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om jouw visie en expertise toe te passen in het uitbouwen van het team. Dit doe je samen met collega’s vanuit al onze Service Lines in multidisciplinaire teams.

Dit ga je doen als Senior Consultant:

  • Je leidt uitdagende projecten voor onze klanten: van analyse, naar advies tot en met implementatie
  • Je levert waarde op alle lagen van de organisatie van de klant: de ene dag faciliteer je bijvoorbeeld een strategieworkshop met de directie en de andere dag werk je met je team aan een AI agent die de productiviteit moet verbeteren
  • Je onderhoudt relaties met klanten en je eigen netwerk. Hierin signaleer je nieuwe kansen en vertaal je deze naar nieuwe projecten
  • Je begeleidt, coacht en traint collega’s en klanten
  • Je hebt een sleutelrol in het ontwikkelen en laten groeien van de Operations Service Line
  • Je werkt aan innovaties en nieuwe proposities (bijv. AI enabled OpEx) voor onze klanten in samenwerking met het BearingPoint-netwerk

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging in een dynamische omgeving met maatschappelijke impact
  • Je hebt een relevante masteropleiding en 5+ jaar werkervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring in en wordt enthousiast van het leiden van (consulting) teams en projecten
  • Je hebt expertise in het aanjagen van innovatie, prestatieverbeteringen en procesverbeteringen in operationele omgevingen (certificering in Lean Six Sigma is een pré)
  • Je hebt kennis en ervaring in de energiesector
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
