Doel van de stageopdracht/ Jouw toekomstige taken

Als Thesis Intern (Programma-/Transformatiemanagement x AI) draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van onze capabilities en proposities. Deze stage is ideaal voor iemand met een sterke interesse in organisatieverandering, consultancy en innovatie. Je werkt nauw samen met onze consultants binnen de domeinen Programma-/Transformatiemanagement en AI.

Voorlopige onderzoeksvraag: Hoe kan de adoptie van AI onze Programma-/Transformatiemanagementcapaciteiten en marktproposities verbeteren?

Jouw onderzoek richt zich op

  • Het onderzoeken hoe AI kan worden toegepast om Programma- en Transformatiemanagement te versterken (bijv. besluitvorming, voortgangsmonitoring, benefits realisatie, governance, stakeholdermanagement).
  • Het verkennen hoe deze AI-toepassingen vertaald kunnen worden naar concrete consultancyproposities voor onze klanten.
  • Het definiëren van je eigen onderzoeks- “sweet spot” binnen het thema Programma-/Transformatiemanagement × AI, in lijn met jouw interesses en de strategische focus van BearingPoint.
  • Het delen van je inzichten via een scriptie, artikel en presentatie aan relevante stakeholders binnen BearingPoint, waarmee je direct bijdraagt aan onze kennis en dienstverlening.

Over People & Strategy Je maakt deel uit van het People & Strategy-team binnen BearingPoint Nederland. Wij richten ons op vraagstukken die voor de eindgebruiker of consument vaak onzichtbaar zijn, zoals organisatie-inrichting, strategie, capabilities (en de ontwikkeling daarvan), leiderschap en change management.

Binnen People & Strategy maak je onderdeel uit van de community Business, IT and Transformation. In deze community ondersteunen wij organisaties bij het realiseren van end-to-end transformaties door het verbinden van business en IT, waarbij we strategie, processen en technologie combineren om duurzame impact te creëren.”

Jouw profiel

Opleiding Je bent een WO-student in een bedrijfskundige en veranderkundige studierichting (bijv. Bedrijfskunde, Change Management, Business Innovation Studies, Organizational Studies).

Analytische vaardigheden Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.

Werkhouding Proactief, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.

Communicatieve vaardigheden Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.

Interesse en motivatie Affiniteit met consultancy, met name Business & IT-transformaties.

Sterke interesse in AI-toepassingen en de adoptie van AI binnen professionele dienstverlening.
