Wij zijn op zoek naar een Adviseur Groen, Natuur & Landschapsontwikkeling voor een gemeentelijke organisatie in Drenthe. Binnen de afdeling Ruimtelijk Beheer speel je een belangrijke rol in het ontwikkelen en versterken van beleid op het gebied van groen, natuur, landschap en biodiversiteit.

In deze opdracht richt je je op het behouden en verbeteren van de landschappelijke en natuurlijke kwaliteiten van de gemeente. Je adviseert over de inrichting van zowel stedelijke als landelijke gebieden en levert een bijdrage aan duurzame gebiedsontwikkeling. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne collega’s, inwoners en externe stakeholders zoals provincies, waterschappen en natuurorganisaties.

Je weet praktijk en beleid met elkaar te verbinden en draagt bij aan toekomstbestendige oplossingen op het gebied van natuur, landschap, water en biodiversiteit.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Adviseren over groen-, natuur- en landschapsontwikkeling binnen de openbare ruimte.
  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van beleid gericht op duurzaamheid, biodiversiteit en landschappelijke kwaliteit.
  • Beoordelen van gebiedsinrichtingsplannen en omgevingsvergunningaanvragen op effecten voor landschap, natuur, cultuurhistorie en geomorfologie.
  • Adviseren over de groenblauwe inrichting van stedelijk en landelijk gebied.
  • Realiseren van landschapsvisies in samenwerking met diverse belanghebbenden.
  • Verbinden van uitvoeringsvraagstukken met beleidsmatige keuzes en adviezen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met interne en externe samenwerkingspartners

Wat vragen wij?

Eisen:

  • Afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau, in de richting van landschapsinrichting of een vergelijkbare relevante opleiding.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen het vakgebied groen, natuur en landschap. Aantoonbare ervaring met duurzaamheid binnen ontwerpen en projecten.
  • Ervaring binnen een gemeentelijke of andere politiek-bestuurlijke organisatie.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met duurzaamheid binnen ontwerpen en projecten.

Aanvullende wensen:

  • Beschikt over een relevant netwerk binnen het vakgebied groen, natuur en landschap.
  • Ervaring met het samenwerken met partijen zoals gemeenten, provincies, waterschappen en natuurorganisaties.
  • Kennis van biodiversiteit, landschapsontwikkeling en duurzame gebiedsinrichting.
