Wij zijn op zoek naar een People Manager IT-Basisdiensten voor de gemeente Den Haag. Ben jij een coachende leider die energie krijgt van het ontwikkelen van mensen én IT-teams? Dan is dit jouw kans om impact te maken binnen een grote maatschappelijke organisatie.

Binnen de afdeling Informatisering & Automatisering (I&A) van de Dienst Bedrijfsvoering (DBV) werk je aan betrouwbare IT-oplossingen voor de gehele gemeente. De afdeling IT-Basisdiensten (ITB) levert generieke IT-voorzieningen en zorgt voor stabiele, veilige en toekomstbestendige IT-diensten.

Als People Manager ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen mens en technologie. Je begrijpt de dynamiek van technische teams en speelt een sleutelrol in de professionele ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Daarbij draag je bij aan het verder versterken van de manier van werken binnen IT-Basisdiensten, zodat de IT-voorzieningen van de gemeente voorspelbaar, veilig en betrouwbaar blijven functioneren.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Leidinggeven aan een team van circa 30 professionals en uitvoering geven aan het personeelsbeleid.
  • Vertalen van beleid naar heldere doelen en ontwikkelafspraken en bewaken van de voortgang.
  • Coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers en teamontwikkeling stimuleren binnen een IT-context.
  • Bevorderen van Agile werken en stimuleren van dienstverlening en teamoverstijgende samenwerking.
  • Sturen op processen, procedures en kwalitatieve resultaten.
  • Afstemmen met stakeholders over bezetting, teamontwikkeling en personele inzet.
  • Actief deelnemen aan overleggen met andere People Managers over personele vraagstukken.
  • Bijdragen aan een lerende cultuur waarin transparantie, heldere taakverdeling en vakontwikkeling centraal staan.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Afgeronde hbo-opleiding.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur in een IT-omgeving.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met Agile werken.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van teams tot 30 fte.
  • Ervaring binnen complexe IT-organisaties, bij voorkeur binnen de (semi)overheid.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met veranderprocessen, formatie- en opleidingsplannen.
  • Sterke coachende, communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden.
  • Affiniteit met IT en inzicht in de dynamiek van technische teams.
  • Proactieve instelling, positief, mensgericht en in staat verbinding te creëren binnen en buiten het team.
