Omschrijving

Wij zijn voor Omgevingsdienst Groene Metropool op zoek naar een Projectadviseur Financiën & Control. Omgevingsdienst Groene Metropool werkt samen met gemeenten en provincies aan een veilige, duurzame en gezonde leefomgeving in Gelderland. De organisatie voert taken uit op het gebied van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving en adviseert partners over uiteenlopende maatschappelijke en financiële vraagstukken.

Als Projectadviseur Financiën & Control speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van de financiële sturing binnen de organisatie. Je draagt bij aan het ontwerpen van een nieuwe financieringssystematiek voor de periode 2028 en verder en vertaalt deze naar een toekomstbestendige inrichting van AFAS. Daarbij zorg je voor de juiste inrichting ten behoeve van externe verantwoording, beheersing en managementinformatie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwerpen en uitwerken van een nieuwe financieringssystematiek voor de periode vanaf 2028.
  • Inrichten en implementeren van de nieuwe financieringsstructuur binnen AFAS.
  • Ontwikkelen van beheerstools en stuurinformatie voor interne bedrijfsvoering.
  • Ondersteunen van de organisatie bij financiële verantwoording en controlvraagstukken.
  • Adviseren over de inrichting en optimalisatie van financiële processen en sturingsinstrumenten.

Wat vragen wij?

Eisen:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een functie binnen financiën en control in de publieke sector, bijvoorbeeld bij een gemeente, provincie of omgevingsdienst.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het opzetten en implementeren van nieuwe financieringssystematieken binnen een gemeente of omgevingsdienst.

Aanvullende wensen:

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met AFAS en weet deze software effectief in te richten voor financiële sturing en verantwoording.
