Omschrijving

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Manager Projectbeheersing Waterbouw voor een grote publieke vastgoedorganisatie. Je werkt binnen een professioneel projectbeheersingsteam en wordt ingezet bij een omvangrijk programma voor de toekomstbestendige ontwikkeling van een marinehaven. Het programma omvat onder meer de aanleg van een nieuwe kade, maatregelen voor klimaat- en waterveiligheid, de vervanging van een toegangsbrug en een planstudie voor uitbreiding van de kaderuimte.

Als Manager Projectbeheersing maak je deel uit van een integraal projectmanagementteam. Je zorgt voor samenhang tussen scope, planning, financiën, risico’s, kwaliteit en informatie. Daarbij werk je in een complex speelveld met uiteenlopende publieke en marktpartijen. Het doel is om betrouwbare stuurinformatie te leveren en de beheersing van meerdere waterbouwkundige projecten verder te professionaliseren.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Integraal beheersen van scope, geld, tijd, risico’s, kwaliteit en informatie.
  • Opstellen van voortgangsrapportages en dashboards met actuele stuurinformatie.
  • Beheren en actualiseren van planningen, financiële prognoses, risicodossiers en wijzigingsoverzichten.
  • Verzamelen en analyseren van gegevens uit onder andere Oracle, MS Project en Relatics.
  • Voeren van inhoudelijke gesprekken met projectmanagers en andere leden van het projectteam.
  • Bewaken van de samenhang tussen de verschillende beheersaspecten en adviseren over afwijkingen.
  • Coördineren van externe adviseurs, zoals planners en risicomanagers, zonder hiërarchische aansturing.
  • Bijdragen aan projectdocumenten, audits, kwaliteitstoetsen en verbetermaatregelen.

Wat vragen wij?

Eisen:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van financiën, economie, bedrijfskunde, civiele techniek, bouwkunde en/of planologie.
  • Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar werkervaring als Manager Projectbeheersing.
  • Je hebt als Manager Projectbeheersing gewerkt aan meerdere multidisciplinaire projecten en/of programma’s met een financiële omvang van minimaal € 50 miljoen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de rol van Manager Projectbeheersing binnen een integraal projectmanagementteam.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het integraal beheersen van de GROTIK-aspecten binnen waterbouwkundige en/of infrastructurele projecten.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen van project- en voortgangsrapportages.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving met meerdere stakeholders en uiteenlopende belangen.

Aanvullende wensen:

  • Ervaring met het gelijktijdig vervullen van de rol van Manager Projectbeheersing binnen meerdere projectteams.
  • Ervaring met omvangrijke en complexe projecten binnen waterbouw en infrastructuur.
  • Kennis van geïntegreerde contractvormen, waaronder bouwteam en UAV-GC.
  • Ervaring met risicoanalyses en risicodossiers in Relatics.
  • Ervaring met planningen in MS Project en financiële analyses op basis van Oracle.
  • Ervaring met het adviseren in situaties waarin kaders nog niet volledig zijn afgebakend.

Informatie

Start: zo snel mogelijk

Aantal uur: 28 tot 32 uur per week

Lengte opdracht: zes maanden, met vijf verlengingsopties van maximaal zes maanden

Locatie: Utrecht en Den Helder. Hybride werken is na de inwerkperiode in overleg mogelijk
