Global Key Account Manager

Per importante azienda industriale attiva nella progettazione e produzione di soluzioni tecniche per clienti OEM, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Global Key Account Manager.

La figura sarà inserita all'interno della funzione Sales & Commercial e avrà la responsabilità di gestire e sviluppare clienti strategici internazionali, con focus su applicazioni tecniche complesse rivolte al mondo OEM.

Il ruolo prevede un'esposizione internazionale significativa e la gestione di clienti multinazionali e multilocation, con interlocutori a livello headquarters, plant e sedi regionali.

Responsabilità principali

La persona selezionata avrà la responsabilità di:

  • gestire e sviluppare relazioni commerciali con clienti globali strategici;
  • presidiare account multinazionali complessi, garantendo continuità commerciale e qualità della relazione;
  • difendere e sviluppare progetti esistenti, identificando nuove opportunità di crescita;
  • rafforzare il network relazionale all'interno degli account assegnati;
  • coordinarsi con sales locali, customer service e funzioni interne;
  • collaborare con Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain e Finance per il corretto sviluppo dei progetti cliente;
  • partecipare alla definizione di pricing, marginalità, condizioni commerciali e accordi quadro;
  • supportare progetti cliente dalla fase di offerta fino all'avvio produttivo;
  • monitorare forecast, marginalità, andamento cliente e opportunità di sviluppo;
  • rappresentare l'azienda in occasione di visite cliente, meeting internazionali, fiere ed eventi di settore.

Profilo ricercato

Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato un'esperienza significativa in ruoli tecnico-commerciali senior all'interno di contesti industriali B2B, con conoscenza delle dinamiche di vendita verso clienti OEM.

È fondamentale una solida cultura tecnico-commerciale e la capacità di dialogare in modo credibile con clienti strutturati, uffici tecnici, engineering e stakeholder internazionali.

Requisiti principali

  • Esperienza nella gestione di clienti industriali complessi.
  • Esperienza con clienti internazionali o multilocation.
  • Conoscenza delle logiche di vendita rivolte a clienti OEM.
  • Capacità di gestire negoziazioni commerciali articolate.
  • Abitudine a lavorare su pricing, marginalità, forecast e sviluppo account.
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e capacità di costruire relazioni di lungo periodo.
  • Autonomia, seniority commerciale e capacità di coordinare interlocutori interni senza necessariamente avere un team diretto.
  • Inglese professionale fluente.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte internazionali.

Sede di lavoro

È richiesta una presenza regolare in sede, indicativamente 3 giorni a settimana, compatibilmente con trasferte e attività presso clienti.
