The posting

Per un gruppo industriale internazionale, attivo nel settore manifatturiero e in fase di sviluppo, stiamo ricercando un/a HR Director che assuma la responsabilità della funzione HR su più legal entity e siti produttivi in Italia.

La posizione richiede una figura capace di combinare visione strategica e forte operatività, lavorando a stretto contatto con il CEO e con la funzione HR internazionale di Gruppo.

Ruolo

La persona sarà il principale HR Business Partner del management, con l'obiettivo di supportare lo sviluppo dell'organizzazione e accompagnare il business nelle proprie priorità di crescita, efficienza e trasformazione.

Tra le principali responsabilità:

tradurre le esigenze e gli obiettivi del business in priorità organizzative e HR;

supportare il management su organizzazione, workforce planning, headcount e people cost;

coordinare e standardizzare processi e pratiche HR tra le diverse legal entity;

presidiare le principali attività di recruiting e workforce investment;

contribuire allo sviluppo di talent management, succession planning e leadership development;

monitorare KPI HR e indicatori economici legati al personale;

supportare progetti di organizational development e change management;

guidare iniziative di miglioramento ed efficientamento dei processi HR;

supervisionare e sviluppare i rapporti con payroll provider, agenzie per il lavoro e altri partner HR;

supportare il management nelle principali tematiche di employee e industrial relations;

garantire l'allineamento con policy, processi e standard HR definiti a livello internazionale.

Profilo

Cerchiamo una persona con una significativa esperienza HR maturata in contesti industriali e manifatturieri, idealmente internazionali e organizzati su più siti o società.

Requisiti:

esperienza come HR Director, Senior HR Manager o HR Business Partner con forte esposizione al management;

approccio concreto, pragmatico e hands-on;

forte comprensione del business e dei principali driver economici e organizzativi;

esperienza nella gestione di headcount, personnel cost, workforce planning e KPI HR;

esperienza nella standardizzazione e implementazione di processi HR;

capacità di operare in strutture snelle, dinamiche e orientate ai risultati;

conoscenza delle relazioni industriali e sindacali;

esperienza nella gestione e negoziazione con fornitori e partner HR;

capacità di lavorare efficacemente all'interno di organizzazioni internazionali e matriciali;

inglese fluente.

Cerchiamo soprattutto un profilo con mentalità imprenditoriale, curioso rispetto al funzionamento dell'azienda e capace di confrontarsi con il management anche su temi che vanno oltre il tradizionale perimetro HR.
