Per conto di un importante gruppo internazionale, presente in Italia attraverso una rete articolata di filiali, siamo alla ricerca di un/a IT & Digital Transformation Manager.

La posizione nasce all'interno di un percorso di crescita e trasformazione organizzativa. L'azienda intende digitalizzare e uniformare progressivamente i principali processi delle proprie sedi italiane, costruendo un modello operativo comune, efficiente e replicabile.

La figura riporterà direttamente al CEO e diventerà progressivamente il punto di riferimento interno per l'ERP, i sistemi informativi e la digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali.

Posizione

Questa figura avrà il compito di analizzare il funzionamento delle diverse filiali, comprendere le esigenze delle funzioni aziendali e tradurle in soluzioni organizzative e applicative concrete.

Il ruolo combina una componente operativa e una componente manageriale: la figura lavorerà direttamente sulla configurazione e sull'evoluzione dell'ERP aziendale, ma sarà anche chiamata a coordinare consulenti, software house e partner tecnologici, mantenendo internamente la governance dei progetti.

L'obiettivo non sarà semplicemente trasferire nei sistemi le modalità di lavoro esistenti, ma analizzare i processi, semplificarli e renderli progressivamente più integrati, uniformi e scalabili.

Principali responsabilità

  • Analizzare e armonizzare i processi delle filiali, con particolare attenzione a ordini, vendite, acquisti, magazzino, logistica, amministrazione e reporting.
  • Configurare, implementare ed evolvere operativamente l'ERP aziendale, traducendo le esigenze del business in soluzioni applicative concrete.
  • Sviluppare progetti pilota e best practice da estendere progressivamente alle diverse sedi.
  • Coordinare consulenti, software house e fornitori tecnologici, valutando la coerenza e la sostenibilità delle soluzioni proposte.
  • Accompagnare l'organizzazione nell'adozione di nuovi strumenti e modalità operative attraverso formazione, supporto e gestione del cambiamento.

Profilo ricercato

Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato una significativa esperienza nell'implementazione e nell'evoluzione di sistemi ERP, preferibilmente all'interno di aziende multi-sede, realtà distributive, organizzazioni logistiche o contesti caratterizzati da processi operativi complessi.

Cerchiamo una figura capace di unire visione complessiva e operatività: non un project manager esclusivamente orientato al coordinamento, ma nemmeno uno specialista tecnico focalizzato unicamente sulla configurazione del sistema.

Saranno particolarmente rilevanti:

  • esperienza in progetti ERP e digitalizzazione dei processi;
  • capacità di analisi e mappatura dei flussi aziendali;
  • conoscenza dei processi commerciali, amministrativi, logistici e di magazzino;
  • esperienza nella configurazione e nella gestione applicativa di sistemi ERP;
  • capacità di coordinare consulenti e software house;
  • attitudine alla formazione degli utenti e alla gestione del cambiamento.

Saranno valutati candidati provenienti da differenti ambienti ERP, purché caratterizzati da solide competenze funzionali, capacità di entrare concretamente nel merito dei sistemi e disponibilità ad approfondire la piattaforma adottata dal Gruppo.

Caratteristiche personali

La posizione richiede una persona concreta, autonoma e propositiva, capace di comprendere il funzionamento reale dell'organizzazione e di proporre soluzioni sostenibili.

Saranno importanti autorevolezza, capacità analitica, pragmatismo, curiosità e abilità nel coinvolgere interlocutori differenti, dal management agli utenti operativi delle filiali.

È richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per il confronto con l'HQ internazionale. La conoscenza del tedesco sarà considerata un valore aggiunto.

Sede e mobilità

La posizione potrà essere basata nei pressi di una delle sedi aziendali del Nord Italia e richiederà disponibilità a trasferte regolari presso le diverse filiali.

Durante la fase iniziale sarà necessaria una presenza più frequente presso la sede principale italiana, per conoscere l'organizzazione, i processi esistenti e i progetti già avviati.
