Für ein solides B2B-Unternehmen, das im Vertrieb technischer Produkte und Lösungen tätig ist, suchen wir einen Vertriebsleiter (m/w/d) für Südtirol.

In dieser Position berichten Sie direkt an den Vertriebsdirektor und übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Führung eines erfahrenen Vertriebsteams. Ziel ist es, die Vertriebsorganisation durch klare Methoden, gezielte Weiterentwicklung und eine stärkere Marktbearbeitung nachhaltig zu stärken.

Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die Erfolge nicht nur selbst erzielt, sondern vor allem andere dabei unterstützt, ihre Leistung weiterzuentwickeln – mit fachlicher Kompetenz, natürlicher Autorität und diplomatischem Führungsstil.

Ihre Aufgaben

Die Position erfordert eine regelmäßige Präsenz im Vertriebsgebiet sowie die kontinuierliche Begleitung der Außendienstmitarbeiter. Ein eigener Kundenstamm gehört nicht zum Aufgabenbereich.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Führung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des zugeordneten Vertriebsteams
  • Begleitung der Außendienstmitarbeiter im Markt sowie Coaching und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Kompetenzen
  • Definition individueller Vertriebsziele sowie Zielvorgaben für die einzelnen Gebiete und regelmäßige Erfolgskontrolle
  • Durchführung von Vertriebsmeetings zu Budget, Soll-Ist-Abweichungen, Performance und erforderlichen Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Forecasts sowie Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien und Wachstumsplänen
  • Analyse von Marktpotenzialen und Kundenstrukturen
  • Förderung der Neukundengewinnung sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Verantwortung für Preisgestaltung, Konditionen, Margen und die Qualität des Kundenportfolios
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung gemeinsamer Vertriebsinstrumente, Verkaufsargumentationen und Best Practices
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Abstimmung zwischen Vertrieb, Service und Organisation

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Vertriebsteams oder Vertriebsorganisationen im B2B-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Führung erfahrener Außendienstmitarbeiter mit hoher Marktkenntnis
  • Einen strukturierten Umgang mit Budgetplanung, KPIs, Forecasts und Vertriebskennzahlen
  • Erfahrung im Preis-, Konditions- und Margenmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Coaching- und Mitarbeiterentwicklungskompetenz
  • Natürliche Autorität, diplomatisches Geschick und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Südtirols
  • Erfahrungen in der technischen Distribution, im professionellen Großhandel, im Baustoffhandel oder in vergleichbaren Branchen sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt.

Südtirol mit regelmäßigen Reisetätigkeiten innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets.
