Wil jij jezelf graag inzetten voor een gezond en veilig werkklimaat binnen onze vestiging in Meppel? Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een enthousiaste, communicatief vaardige en pro-actieve Coördinator Kwaliteit & Veiligheid (Food/Logistiek) voor 32-36 uur per week.

Jouw dag

Als Coördinator Kwaliteit & Veiligheid (Food/Logistiek) krijg je een uitdagende en dynamische rol binnen de logistiek complexe omgeving van Bidfood. Je bent binnen de vestiging Meppel het aanspreekpunt op het gebied van Kwaliteit, Arbo en Milieu (KAM). Je onderhoudt en verbetert het beleid op operationeel en tactisch niveau. Je vertaalt bestaand beleid en procedures naar de praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat deze op de werkvloer worden gedragen en toegepast.

In deze rol sta je midden in het spanningsveld tussen toezicht, praktijk en beleid. Je ziet risico’s aankomen voordat ze zich voordoen, stelt het KAM-jaarplan op en bewaakt de voortgang. Of het nu gaat om een klant-audit, een afdelingsoverstijgend verbetertraject of jouw rol als centraal meldpunt bij (bijna-)ongevallen en onveilige situaties: jij houdt het overzicht. Je bent nieuwsgierig ingesteld, verrijkt continu je kennis en adviseert medewerkers en management gevraagd en ongevraagd.

Je werkt nauw samen met de teamleiders en andere lokale KAM Coördinatoren. Daarnaast schakel je met het vestigingsmanagement, de centrale KAM Manager, externe certificerende instellingen om kennis te delen en een uniforme werkwijze te borgen. Jij bent de filter die bepaalt wat relevant is voor Bidfood en zorgt dat verbetervoorstellen daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd.

  • Iemand met een hbo werk- en/of denkniveau in relevante richting (bijv. Integrale Veiligheid, Voedingsmiddelentechnologie of Milieukunde), bij voorkeur aangevuld met relevante KAM- of auditcertificeringen.
  • Thuis in actuele wet- en regelgeving rondom voedselveiligheid, arbo en milieu, of bereid en in staat dit snel up-to-date te brengen.
  • Iemand die het hoofd koel houdt bij incidenten. Je pakt de oorzaak aan, stelt de juiste rapportages op en bent een professionele gesprekspartner voor toezichthouders.
  • Tactisch sterk en organisatiesensitief: je herkent risico’s, anticipeert op ontwikkelingen en neemt regie.
  • Communicatief overtuigend en verbindend: je weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering en creëert draagvlak van werkvloer tot management.
  • Je bent in eerste instantie voor onze Bidfood vestiging in Meppel, al ben je indien nodig ook bereid te ondersteunen op nabijgelegen Bidfood vestigingen.
