Jij bent de ervaren sparringpartner voor horeca ondernemers in Zeeland en West-Brabant en helpt ze slimmer in te kopen. Met jouw commerciële drive en inzicht stap je makkelijk binnen bij nieuwe horecazaken om onze klantenkring in de regio verder uit te bouwen.

Goed geregeld

  • Salaris: Vanaf € 4.350 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur
  • 13x salaris: We betalen je salaris elke 4 weken uit, dus je ontvangt 13 keer loon per jaar.
  • Vervoer: Leaseauto
  • Bonus: Mogelijkheid tot het behalen van prestatiebonussen.
  • Extra’s: Laptop en telefoon van de zaak.
  • Team: Een gezellig team op onze sales afdeling.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Relaties bouwen: Je bezoekt horeca partners en bent hun vaste adviseur op locatie.
  • Nieuwe business scoren: Je begrijpt wat ondernemers nodig hebben, denkt mee over efficiënt inkopen en sluit nieuwe deals om je portefeuille te laten groeien.
  • Zichtbaar zijn in de stad: Je bent veel onderweg, bouwt een sterk lokaal netwerk op en bent namens Bidfood aanwezig op lokale beurzen en evenementen.

De realiteit van de baan

De horeca staat nooit stil en draait ook na 17:00 uur door. Dat betekent dat een klant je ook in de avond kan bellen met een dringende vraag. De markt is dynamisch en concurrerend, dus het vraagt doorzettingsvermogen en een positieve instelling om ondernemers voor je te winnen. Wie ben jij?

  • Doorzetter: Je bent commercieel ingesteld, stapt makkelijk op mensen af en laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan.
  • Communicatief en betrouwbaar: Je spreekt de taal van de horeca en kunt een helder, eerlijk gesprek voeren op elk niveau.
  • Flexibel: Je snapt de dynamiek van de branche en past je werkritme aan op wat je klanten nodig hebben.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt accountmanager ervaring in de foodservice sector. Heb je al een netwerk hier in de regio, dan is dit een dikke pré.
