Goed geregeld

  • Salaris: € 3.813 – € 4.333 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur
  • 13x salaris: We betalen je salaris elke 4 weken uit, dus je ontvangt 13 keer loon per jaar.
  • Bonus: Prestatiebonus die kan oplopen tot maximaal 3 functie-normsalarissen.
  • Extra’s: Laptop en telefoon van de zaak.
  • Sfeer: Een nuchtere, inclusieve werkomgeving waar iedereen welkom is, aangevuld met leuke teamuitjes en het jaarlijkse horeca feest.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Groeikansen spotten: Je analyseert klantgedrag, marges en assortiment prestaties. Je ontdekt waar kansen liggen en vertaalt dit naar scherpe prijs voorstellen.
  • Sales ondersteunen: Je bent de nuchtere sparringpartner van de accountmanagers. Je onderbouwt hun plannen met feiten, zodat zij goed voorbereid met de klant in gesprek gaan.
  • Stuurinformatie bouwen: Met tools zoals Excel en PowerBI maak je overzichtelijke dashboards. Geen ingewikkelde data-dumps, maar heldere informatie waar het salesteam direct mee kan werken.

De realiteit van de baan

Je zit dicht op de commerciële praktijk van onze regio. De markt, prijzen en assortimenten bewegen snel, waardoor de vraag naar scherpe inzichten vanuit sales continu aanwezig is. Het is aan jou om de juiste data boven water te halen en de hoofdzaken van de bijzaken te scheiden. Vervolgens neem je ons gedreven sales team op een heldere, nuchtere manier mee in jouw cijfermatige inzichten.

Wie ben jij?

Bij ons telt wie je bent en wat je kunt, niet alleen je diploma's.

  • Analytisch & commercieel: Je ziet het verhaal achter de cijfers en snapt direct hoe een verkoper jouw inzichten in de praktijk gebruikt.
  • Sterk met tools: Excel kent voor jou geen geheimen en je hebt ervaring met of aantoonbare affiniteit met BI-tools zoals PowerBI.
  • Duidelijke communicator: Je kunt ingewikkelde data op een heldere, professionele manier uitleggen aan je collega's.
  • Gevoel voor de horeca: Je hebt interesse in de wereld van eten, drinken en de zaken waar onze klanten dagelijks mee bezig zijn.
  • Opleiding & ervaring: Een hbo- of wo-denkniveau (bijvoorbeeld Commerciële Economie of Business Analytics). We verwelkomen leergierige starters (met relevante stage- of afstudeer-ervaring) en kandidaten met circa 3 jaar ervaring.
