  • Geld, natuurlijk. Tussen € 2.750 en € 3.600 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week, de inschaling is afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.

Waarom deze functie bij Bidfood interessant is

Je komt terecht in het hart van onze inkooporganisatie. Hier werk je samen met soucing managers, leveranciers en collega's van onder andere logistiek, marketing en inkoop.

Dat maakt deze functie afwisselend. De ene dag verwerk je prijs- en leveranciersafspraken, de andere dag stel je rapportages op of denk je mee over een nieuw systeem of procesverbetering.

Maar je bent zeker niet alleen bezig met administratie. Zie jij dat iets slimmer, sneller of makkelijker kan? Dan verwachten we juist dat je dat aangeeft. Bijvoorbeeld door data beter te gebruiken, processen te verbeteren of werkzaamheden te automatiseren.

Zo leer je in deze functie onze inkooporganisatie van binnenuit kennen en bouw je stap voor stap verder aan je carrière binnen inkoop.

Wat ga je dan concreet doen?

Je gaat aan de slag als Sourcing Coordinator, waarbij belangrijk is dat:

  • Je leveranciers en sourcing managers ondersteunt bij dagelijkse operationele vragen en afspraken.
  • Je prijzen, contracten, bonusafspraken en leveranciersgegevens correct vastlegt en bijhoudt.
  • Je promotionele activiteiten coördineert en marketinguitingen controleert op juistheid.
  • Je afstemt met logistiek, marketing, sales en andere interne teams zodat iedereen beschikt over actuele informatie.
  • Je kansen signaleert om processen slimmer in te richten, bijvoorbeeld met automatisering, data-analyse of AI-toepassingen.
  • Je meewerkt aan verbeterprojecten zoals CRM-implementaties en helpt bij het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van promotionele jaarplannen met leveranciers.

Uiteindelijk zorg jij ervoor dat de basis klopt. Daardoor kunnen onze sourcing managers zich richten op de juiste commerciële keuzes. En daarmee maak jij het verschil in de foodservice.

Welke skills heb je nodig?

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en schakelt makkelijk met leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je bent analytisch, werkt graag met cijfers en vertaalt data naar concrete inzichten. Ook procesverbetering en AI spreken je aan.
  • Ervaring met contractbeheer, inkoopadministratie of leveranciersmanagement is mooi meegenomen. Ook een stage of afstudeeropdracht telt mee.
