Deine Aufgaben

  • Polyolefin-Expert*in: Neben der strategischen und kaufmännischen Steuerung deines Polyolefin-Segments verantwortest du im Tagesgeschäft das Beziehungsmanagement mit namhaften Lieferanten auf Augenhöhe.
  • Partner*in des Vertriebs: Deine kommerzielle und technische Expertise macht dich zum Enabler für unsere europäischen Vertriebsteams, denen du bei Projekten entscheidende Impulse gibst.
  • Full-Cycle-Management: Du verantwortest den gesamten Zyklus vom Einkauf bis zur Margenoptimierung und gestaltest unseren Unternehmenserfolg durch eine geschickte Steuerung aller Parameter aktiv mit.
  • Performance-Driver: Mithilfe von KPI’s koordinierst du die Regionen zielgerichtet und identifizierst neue Wachstumspotenziale.
  • Wissensvorsprung generieren: Indem du Trends frühzeitig identifizierst, verwandelst du komplexe Produkt- und Anwendungsinformationen in überzeugende Verkaufsargumente.
  • Erfolgstreiber*in: In deiner Rolle treibst du unsere internationalen Erfolge und übersetzt unsere globale Strategie in messbare Resultate in lokalen Märkten.
  • Strategische Partnerschaften: Du begleitest Schlüsselkunden auf ihrem Wachstumskurs und bist ein Ankerpunkt für unsere Auslandsgesellschaften – interkulturelle Zusammenarbeit ist dabei deine Leidenschaft.

Dein Profil

  • Dein Fundament: Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium (z. B. Kunststofftechnik, BWL) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Fachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Kunststoffrohstoff
  • Deine Persönlichkeit: Du brennst für deine Themen und besitzt die kommunikative Stärke, um auch im internationalen Umfeld zu überzeugen.
  • Dein Sprachtalent: Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift – Kommunikation ist dein wichtigstes Werkzeug.
  • Deine Mobilität: Du freust dich darauf, deine Strategien auch vor Ort zu begleiten und bringst die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Reisen mit.
  • Digital Native: Der sichere Umgang mit MS-Office ist für dich Standard; idealerweise hast du bereits erfolgreich mit SAP gearbeitet.
  • Deine Analytik: Ein ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis ist für dich die Basis jeder fundierten Entscheidung.
