Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung bestehender und Aufbau neuer Märkte und Kunden für den Vertrieb von Salz in den Marktsegmenten Pharma, Nutrition und Industrieanwendungen
  • Globale kommerzielle und operative Verantwortung in Ein- und Verkauf für das Salz Geschäft
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit bestehenden Lieferanten
  • Erstellung von Markt und Wettbewerb Analysen
  • Planung und Überwachung der Erreichung von Umsatz- und Margenzielen
  • Bereitschaft zu internationaler Reisetätigkeit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Groß- und Außenhandel
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Handelsgeschäft mit Schwerpunkt Export
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse internationaler Handelstätigkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit in lokalen und internationalen Teams
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Umsetzungsstärke zur Erreichung unternehmerischer Ziele
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch als weitere Fremdsprache ist ein Plus
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office/SAP/CRM)
