Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Führung eines Teams von Supply Chain Specialists
  • Sicherstellung der operativen Exzellenz in Disposition, Bestandsmanagement und Lieferperformance
  • Priorisierung von Aufgaben, Ressourcensteuerung und Kapazitätsplanung im Team
  • Verantwortlichkeit für KPIs wie OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, Bestandsreichweiten und Prozessstabilität
  • Eskalationsmanagement bei Engpässen, Lieferproblemen oder operativen Störungen inkl. Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
  • Entwicklung der Teammitglieder: u.a. Training, Feedback und Zielvereinbarungen
  • Reporting an Vorgesetzte, Erstellung von Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Mitwirkung im operativen Tagesgeschäft im Bereich Supply Chain Services

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management
  • Mehrjährige operative Erfahrung in der Einkaufs- und Verkaufsabwicklung oder im Customer Service sowie erste Führungserfahrung
  • Fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Lieferkettenprozesse, Materialflüsse und Bestandssteuerung sowie Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit sowie Prozessoptimierung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, strategische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Große Eigenmotivation, klares Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Hohe Service‑ und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen und idealerweise mit SAP S/4 HANA
