Die Bikeleasing Gruppe gehört zu den führenden Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstradleasing. Wir wissen, wie es sich anfühlt, das Traumbike schon vor Augen zu haben und am liebsten sofort loszufahren. Als Customer Service Mitarbeiter (gn) bist Du Teil unseres fünfköpfigen Bike-Contracts-Teams. Du bearbeitest Anfragen zu Einzelleasingverträgen und Vertragsumschreibungen, klärst vertragliche Details und bist mit Arbeitnehmern, Arbeitgebern, Händlern, Leasingbanken und weiteren Customer-Service-Abteilungen im Austausch. Mit Deiner empathischen und klaren Kommunikation machst Du den Weg zum Traumbike ein Stück einfacher. Klingt nach einer Aufgabe für Dich?   • Du bearbeitest Anfragen zu individuellen Leasingverträgen.
  • Du betreust das Postfach und kümmerst Dich um die eingehenden Anliegen
  • Über die Support-Hotline stehst Du täglich im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden
  • Du bearbeitest Vertragsumschreibungen
  • Du kommunizierst mit Arbeitnehmern, Arbeitgebern und Leasingbanken und stimmst Dich eng mit den internen Customer-Service-Abteilungen ab

Deine Stärken

  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrungen im Kundensupport, Vertragswesen, im Backoffice oder eine entsprechende Qualifikation mit
  • Du nutzt MS Office und digitale Anwendungen sicher
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und überzeugst zugleich durch eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Du kommunizierst klar und gehst souverän mit schwierigen oder unzufriedenen Gesprächspartnern um
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung mit CRM- oder Ticketsystemen, wie Zendesk sind ein Plus
  • Du sprichst mindestens verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1)
