Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil der Bikeleasing Gruppe entwickeln wir bei Probonio Produkte und Services, die Mitarbeitervorteile neu denken, effizient, digital und mit echtem Impact. Wir bauen unsere Outbound-Vertriebsfunktion gezielt aus – und Du kannst von Anfang an dabei sein. Als Sales Development Representative (gn) mit Outbound-Fokus identifizierst Du strategische Zielkunden, betreibst aktiv Kaltakquise und generierst hochwertige Termine für unsere Account Executives. Du arbeitest eng mit Account Management, Marketing und Deinem Teamlead zusammen und trägst direkt dazu bei, dass wir unser Kundensegment weiter ausbauen. Wenn Du Kommunikation liebst, strukturiert arbeitest und im Vertrieb wirklich etwas bewegen möchtest, bist Du bei uns genau richtig.

  • Du identifizierst relevante Zielunternehmen und baust eigenständig eine strukturierte Target-Liste auf
  • Du betreibst aktiv Kaltakquise und kontaktierst Leads via Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn und weiteren Kanälen
  • Du entwickelst Messaging-Ansätze, die den Mehrwert unseres Multi-Benefit-Portfolios klar kommunizieren
  • Die Qualifizierung von Erstterminen für unsere Account Executives liegt in Deiner Verantwortung, dabei dokumentierst Du alle Aktivitäten sauber im CRM
  • Feedback aus dem Markt bringst Du aktiv ins Team zurück und trägst zur Optimierung unserer Outbound-Strategien bei

Deine Stärken

  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, im Kundenservice oder in einer kommunikationsstarken Rolle
  • Du telefonierst gerne, gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu und kannst mit Hilfe unseres Playbooks den Produkt-Mehrwert vermitteln
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, verlierst Deine KPIs nicht aus dem Blick und bringst eine hohe Eigenmotivation mit
  • CRM-Systeme wie HubSpot oder Dynamics schrecken Dich nicht ab
  • Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch (C2) und hast Lust, Dich durch Feedback kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
