Als People Operations Coordinator (gn) übernimmst Du eine wichtige Rolle in unserer HR-Administration. Du sorgst dafür, dass personalrelevante Dokumente, Systeme und Prozesse zuverlässig gepflegt sind und unsere Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräfte gut unterstützt werden. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit verschiedenen People & Culture-Schnittstellen zusammen. Deine Aufgaben

  • Bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen bringst Du Deine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise ein
  • Für die Administration unserer Benefits pflegst Du die entsprechenden Systeme zuverlässig
  • In unserem Personaldatensystem Personio hältst Du die Mitarbeiterprofile detailorientiert auf dem aktuellen Stand
  • Das On- und Offboarding unserer Mitarbeitenden bearbeitest Du strukturiert und gewissenhaft
  • Du kümmerst Dich selbständig um die Post des People-Bereiches und sorgst für die teaminterne Weiterleitung und Ablage der Dokumente
  • Du vertrittst die Kolleginnen im Team People Operations bei deren Abwesenheit

Deine Stärken

  • Eine kaufmännische, steuerrechtliche oder juristisch geprägte Ausbildung hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Sorgfalt, Detailorientierung und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
  • Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe hilft Dir dabei, Dich zügig in neue Themen und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau bringst Du mit
  • Im Umgang mit MS Office bist Du sehr sicher
  • Eine Spezialisierung oder Weiterbildung im Personalbereich, sowie Kenntnisse in einem HRIS sind von Vorteil
