Als Senior Digital Creative (gn) bist Du ein zentraler Teil unseres Content- und Creation-Teams. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team entwickelst Du die kreative und konzeptionelle Qualität unserer digitalen Kommunikation weiter und bringst neue Impulse in die digitale Creative-Produktion ein.   • Du entwickelst kreative und konzeptionelle Ansätze für digitale Inhalte und Kampagnen und übersetzt Ideen eigenständig in konkrete Designs und digitale Assets
  • Du begleitest Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur gestalterischen Umsetzung und bringst dabei Deine visuelle und gestalterische Stärke aktiv mit ein
  • Den Einsatz von KI in der Creative-Produktion verantwortest Du und entwickelst KI-gestützte Workflows sinnvoll weiter
  • Du entwickelst digitale Creative Assets kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst für eine hohe gestalterische Qualität und Vielfalt – von Performance Design bis hin zu Social Organic Content

Deine Stärken

  • Du bringst eine starke kreative und konzeptionelle Denkweise für digitale Formate mit
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Creative-Produktion bringst Du ebenso mit wie ein gutes Gespür für sinnvolle Einsatzmöglichkeiten von KI
  • Eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und pragmatisch setzt Du Ideen in die Umsetzung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau runden Dein Profil ab
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit gestalterischen Programmen und bringst idealerweise einen Background in Art Direction, Design oder einem vergleichbaren kreativen Bereich mit
  • Du hast ein sicheres Gespür für neue Technologien und deren kreativen Nutzen
