Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d), der unsere IT-Abteilung operativ und strategisch unterstützt und die digitale Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens aktiv mitgestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Serviceorientierte Betreuung der Anwender im 2nd und 3rd-Level-Support
  • Administration, Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft (Clients, Server und Netzwerk-Infrastruktur)
  • Verwaltung, Konfiguration und Erweiterung der Microsoft 365 Cloud (Entra, Exchange Online, Conditional Access, Intune, Security)
  • Planung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT- und Security-Architektur
  • Betreuung von Backup und Desaster Recovery (vorzugsweise Veeam)
  • Planung und Implementierung spezieller Anforderungen im Bereich der IT-Security

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder Studium mit mindestens 3 Jahre relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory & GPO's, VMware vSphere, Scripting mit Powershell
  • Mindestens Grundkenntnisse in Routing, Switching, VPN & Firewall (vorzugsweise Sophos)
  • Kenntnisse im IT-Security-Umfeld (Endpoint-/Netzwerksicherheit, Applocker, LAPS, Server Hardening, Firewalling, Identity & Access Management)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C2)
