Ihre Aufgaben

  • Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Windows-Client- und Serverlandschaft
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Installation, Paketierung, Verteilung und Pflege von Standard- und Fachanwendungen
  • Administration von Microsoft 365, ExchangeOnline, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive und Entra ID
  • Unterstützung von Anwendern im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und Störungen über das Ticketsystem
  • Betreuung von Datensicherungs- und Wiederherstellungslösungen (Backup & Restore)
  • Überwachung der IT-Infrastruktur mittels Monitoring-Systemen sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Administration und Dokumentation von LAN-, WLAN- und Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Betriebshandbücher und Inventarunterlagen
  • Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten sowie Einführung neuer Technologien und Services

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows Client- und Serverbetriebssystemen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams und Entra ID
  • Kenntnisse in der Administration von Netzwerken, Firewalls, WLAN- und VPN-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Virtualisierungstechnologien und Datensicherungssystemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, Patchmanagement und Endpoint-Schutz
  • hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendern und Fachbereichen
  • sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wünschenswerte Zusatzqualifikationen:

  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune und Mobile Device Management
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring- und Remote-Management-Lösungen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich ITIL-Serviceprozesse
  • Erfahrungen mit Sophos, Hyper-V oder vergleichbaren Technologien
  • Projektmanagement-Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld
