Hast du Lust, mit einem Doppeldecker-Bus durch Deutschland zu touren und ein Thema zu bewegen, über das noch viel zu wenig offen gesprochen wird? Bei uns bist du von der ersten Idee bis zum letzten Abbau dabei. Ob Messe, Kongress, Festival oder unsere Bus-Tour 2027: Du hilfst mit, medizinisches Cannabis dorthin zu bringen, wo die Menschen sind, und Vorurteile im direkten Gespräch abzubauen. Dabei lernst du, wie Eventmanagement in einem wachsenden Health-Tech-Unternehmen wirklich läuft, und setzt eigene Ideen um.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du organisierst interne und externe Events mit, vom Teamevent bis zu Festivals, Messen und Kongressen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Planung und Umsetzung der Bloomwell Bus-Tour 2027 mit unserem Doppeldecker-Eventbus.
  • Du recherchierst passende Events und Partner und stimmst dich mit Veranstaltern und Dienstleistern ab.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Logistik, von Material und Merch über Transporte bis zu Ablaufplänen.
  • Du bist vor Ort dabei, beim Auf- und Abbau, bei unseren Aktivierungen und beim Event-Content für Social Media.
  • Du hältst Budget und Nachbereitung im Blick und bringst eigene Ideen für neue Formate ein.

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst, z. B. Eventmanagement, Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder etwas Ähnliches.
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Eventorganisation, gern aus Uni-Projekten, Ehrenamt oder Festivaljobs.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch im Trubel den Überblick und packst gern mit an.
  • Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und kommunizierst sicher.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Neugier, Kreativität und Lust, Verantwortung für eigene Projekte zu übernehmen
  • Du bist bereit, deutschlandweit zu reisen, oft auch am Wochenende, und hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B für unsere Fahrten mit dem Mietwagen.
