Du koordinierst alle Testaktivitäten rund um unsere Telemedizin- und Apotheken-Plattformen, führst unser Test-Team und sorgst dafür, dass wir bei wachsender Produkt- und Release-Geschwindigkeit weiterhin Software in höchster Qualität ausliefern – verlässlich, sicher und Compliance-konform.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du schaffst eine starke Qualitätskultur über alle Engineering-Teams hinweg
  • Du koordinierst sämtliche Testaktivitäten – von der Planung über die Durchführung bis zur Auswertung – und sorgst für klare Strukturen, Standards und transparente Reportings
  • Du treibst unsere Testautomatisierung strategisch voran: Du baust unsere Automatisierungs-Strategie aus, etablierst Best Practices und reduzierst kontinuierlich den Anteil manueller Tests
  • Du hast die Product Roadmap fest im Blick und leitest daraus rechtzeitig die notwendigen Testaktivitäten ab
  • Du verantwortest unsere Teststrategie über alle Ebenen (Unit, Integration, E2E, Regression, Performance) und stellst sicher, dass Qualität nicht erst am Ende, sondern entlang des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses entsteht
  • Du bist Sparringspartner für Engineering Leads und Product, wenn es um Risiken, Test Coverage und Release-Entscheidungen geht

Die Position ist zunächst auf 18 Monate befristet. Hintergrund sind interne Governance- und Planungsgrundsätze, nach denen wir Arbeitsverhältnisse zunächst für einen definierten Zeitraum ausgestalten. Bei entsprechender Performance besteht grundsätzlich die Perspektive auf eine langfristige Fortführung des Arbeitsverhältnisses. Über eine mögliche Fortführung wird rechtzeitig vor Ablauf der Befristung gesprochen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mind. 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im automatisiertem Testmanagement
  • Du hast fundierte Erfahrung im Aufbau und Vorantreiben von Testautomatisierung und weißt, wie man eine nachhaltige Automatisierungs-Strategie etabliert
  • Du denkst strategisch: Du kannst aus einer Product Roadmap eigenständig die richtigen Testaktivitäten und Prioritäten ableiten
  • Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit KI und setzt diese auch aktiv in deiner Arbeit ein
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in agilen, cross-funktionalen Setups mit und weißt, wie Test- und Engineering-Teams effizient zusammenarbeiten
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Qualität, Risiken und den Balanceakt zwischen Geschwindigkeit und Stabilität
  • Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, an drei Tagen pro Woche ins Büro zu kommen, während die restliche Arbeitszeit auch remote gestaltet werden kann
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
