Ilios Santé ist ein führender Großhändler für THC-haltige Arzneimittel in Deutschland und setzt höchste Standards in der Qualität und Sicherheit von medizinischem Cannabis. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams am Standort Frankfurt am Main suchen wir eine Sachkundige Person (Qualified Person, QP). Diese Position ist entscheidend für die Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen und für die Qualität unserer Cannabis-Medikamente.

Ihre Aufgabe – Sicherstellung von Compliance und Qualität in der Cannabis-Medizin In Teilzeit (25%) bist Du verantwortlich für die Endfreigabe unserer Arzneimittelchargen und die Bestätigung, dass diese gemäß den regulatorischen Vorschriften produziert und geprüft wurden. Du trägst aktiv zur Qualität, Sicherheit und Konformität unserer Produkte bei und setzt die regulatorischen Vorgaben im Bereich der Cannabis-Medizin um. Homeoffice-Optionen ermöglichen Dir eine flexible Arbeitsweise.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Chargenfreigabe und Zertifizierung gemäß AMG und MedCanG: Sicherstellen, dass die Freigabe jeder Charge mit den Zulassungen und der Guten Herstellungspraxis (GMP) der EU übereinstimmt, insbesondere für medizinisches Cannabis.
  • Überwachung der Qualitätssysteme: Prüfung und Validierung von Herstellungs- und Prüfverfahren, Abweichungs- und Änderungsmanagement sowie Dokumentation gemäß §19 AMG und §16 AMWHV.
  • Lieferanten- und Dienstleisteraudits: Auditierung von Lieferanten und Lohnherstellern, um die GMP-Standards für Cannabis sicherzustellen.
  • Beanstandungsmanagement und Selbstinspektionen: Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Durchführung interner Audits, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen der Arzneimittelsicherheit und -qualität zu gewährleisten.
  • Führung des Freigaberegisters: Verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation im Freigaberegister gemäß §19 AMG und Überwachung der Betriebsabläufe gemäß §64 AMG.

Dein Profil

Wir suchen eine Sachkundige Person, die:

  • Die erforderliche Sachkenntnis gemäß §15 AMG nachweisen kann und fundierte Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle in der Herstellung von Cannabis-Medikamenten mitbringt.
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der EU-GMP-Leitlinien, des MedCanG sowie der nationalen Vorschriften für medizinisches Cannabis besitzt.
  • Eine strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise pflegt, um klare Entscheidungen zur Qualitätssicherung in komplexen Herstellungsprozessen zu treffen.
  • Kommunikativ stark ist und teamorientiert arbeitet, um eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern sicherzustellen.
