Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Patient Operations betreust du unsere Patienten über Livechat und Tickets, sorgst mit einem geschulten Blick für Qualität für einen exzellenten Customer Care und arbeitest dabei eng mit Product, Tech und weiteren internen Teams zusammen, um unsere Prozesse laufend zu verbessern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung unserer Kunden über Livechat und unser Ticketing-System: eigenständige Lösung von Anliegen, bei komplexeren Themen Einbindung der richtigen Fachabteilungen, sowie Sicherstellung unserer Erreichbarkeit
  • Management der Bestellungen aus unserem Online-Shop
  • Qualitätssicherung im Customer Care: Chats und Tickets prüfen, Feedback geben und in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Schnittstellen an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitäts-Konzeptes sowie relevanter KPIs mitwirken
  • Mit Blick auf Qualität, Prozesse und Kundenzufriedenheit laufend erkennen, wo wir besser werden können, und unsere KPIs entsprechend im Blick behalten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Tech und weiteren internen Teams, um die Customer Experience und Customer Journey stetig zu verbessern
  • Eigene Ideen einbringen und mithelfen, unseren Customer Care kontinuierlich besser zu machen

Dein Profil

  • Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und suchst eine Werkstudierendenstelle im Bereich Customer Service, Qualitätsmanagement oder Operations
  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, z. B. im Support, Service oder in der Beratung, ist von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch bei wiederkehrenden Aufgaben
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kennzahlen sowie erste Erfahrung mit Excel oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
