秋の紅葉シーズンに向けて賑わう京都エリアで、季節ならではの空気を感じながら、ゲストに心地よい体験をお届けしていただきます。

こちらは、短期シーズナルスタッフの募集です。

入社時期：下記日程よりお選びいただけます。

なお、カフェにより営業時間が異なりますため、通勤時間等をご確認のうえ、ご応募ください。

※ 勤務期間は最大2ヶ月を予定しています

具体的なお仕事内容:

  • 店舗にて最初にゲストをお迎えし、ゲストとコミュニケーションをとりながら、ブルーボトルの魅力をよりよく知っていただくためのご案内や商品の説明をしていただきます。
  • レジでの会計や商品補充等
  • 美しい環境でスムーズに運営できるよう、クリンネスを行うチームをサポートしていただきます。

  • ゲストのホスピタリティ体験に情熱を持ち、お一人お一人をお迎えする気持ちを持っていける方
  • コーヒー・フード・商品をより深く知ってもらうための入社トレーニングを受講できる方
  • 常に、ゲスト、仲間、周囲に心を配り、素晴らしいコミュニケーションをとることを大切にしている方
  • 相手に共感することの価値を考え、行動する方

勤務地、その他:

  • 雇用形態 パート・アルバイト（短期） 入社日・契約期間 下記いずれかの入社日より、最大2ヶ月間の短期勤務となります。
  • 11月1日入社
  • 11月16日入社
  • 週3〜5日勤務
  • 1日4〜8時間のシフト制
  • 平日・土日祝ともに勤務可能な方歓迎
  • 週に多くシフトに入れる方は、特に歓迎します（週30時間程度）
  • 交通費支給（社内規程に準ずる／上限8万円）
  • 雇用保険加入
  • 週1回、コーヒー豆の支給
  • 従業員割引（コーヒードリンク無料、フード割引など）
