Ihre/Deine Aufgaben

  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für sämtliche administrativen Themen und Prozesse im Office Management
  • Koordination und Steuerung aller Facility-Management-Themen am Standort Stuttgart sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bürobetriebs
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle für Mitarbeitende, die Hausverwaltung sowie externe Dienstleister in allen organisatorischen und officebezogenen Belangen.
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Optimierung interner Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung eines modernen, funktionalen und repräsentativen Arbeitsumfelds einschließlich der Koordination von Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und den reibungslosen Ablauf des Empfangsbereichs sowie Übernahme der Erstvertretung am Empfang
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie Übernahme administrativer und organisatorischer Sonderaufgaben

Ihr/Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Office Management oder in einer vergleichbaren organisatorischen Funktion
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Organisationstalent mit einem strukturierten Arbeitsstil und einem ausgeprägten Blick für Details
  • Hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
