About the Role

Are you fluent in Danish and English and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join an international team and provide support to customers in a fully remote role based in Portugal. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and support in Danish and English.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through clear and effective communication.
  • Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
  • Accurately document interactions and follow internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Must already be residing in Portugal.
  • Fluent or native-level proficiency in Danish.
  • Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.
