Fort de son retour au premier plan et de ses ambitions sportives, le club est en pleine phase de structuration et de développement de ses infrastructures. Propriétaire de l’intégralité de ses installations (le Stade Abbé-Deschamps, les centres d’entraînement, le centre de formation et les bureaux administratifs), l’AJA possède un Pôle Maintenance à taille humaine.

Contexte

BOOST accompagne l'AJA dans le recrutement de son/sa futur(e) Adjoint(e) Responsable Maintenance et Travaux. En véritable bras droit du Responsable Maintenance, vous aurez pour mission de garantir le bon fonctionnement, la sécurité et la pérennité de l’ensemble des infrastructures du club (stade, terrains d’entraînement, vestiaires, bureaux...). Sur le terrain au quotidien, vous organiserez la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements, tout en assurant le suivi des travaux nécessaires à l’entretien et à l’amélioration continue de ces installations emblématiques.

Profil attendu

Profil

👉 Formation technique exigée avec des diplômes ou habilitations à jour en électricité (le CACES et le Permis B sont également indispensables). 👉 Expérience solide dans la maintenance polyvalente de bâtiments (électricité, plomberie, chauffage, petite maçonnerie...). 👉 Profil très terrain, "couteau-suisse" et débrouillard (un profil de type ex-artisan ou auto-entrepreneur touche-à-tout est un vrai plus).

👉 Fort engagement et capacité de dépassement de fonction : vous avez l'esprit club et n'hésitez pas à prêter main-forte en cas d'urgence. 👉 Diplomatie, intelligence situationnelle et résilience : vous savez vous adapter à des personnalités fortes et à un management exigeant. 👉 Excellente organisation, autonomie et gestion des priorités.

Les missions

  1. Maintenance opérationnelle de l'ensemble des sites
  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective de toutes les infrastructures (stade, terrains, vestiaires, bureaux).
  • Intervenir directement sur le terrain avec réactivité en cas de dysfonctionnement matériel ou d'urgence.
  • Gérer les stocks du service technique et anticiper les besoins en fournitures et outillages.
  • Proposer des solutions concrètes pour améliorer la performance et la durabilité des installations.
  1. Coordination & Suivi de projets
  • Superviser et coordonner les interventions des prestataires et fournisseurs externes sur le site.
  • Planifier les travaux et chantiers lors des périodes de faible activité pour ne pas impacter les matchs et événements.
  • Participer au suivi de l'enveloppe budgétaire (achats de matériel et projets d'investissements, env. 300k€/an).
  • Accompagner le Responsable dans le pilotage de l'activité quotidienne (management transversal d'une personne).
  1. Sécurité & Conformité
  • Garantir le respect strict des normes de sécurité (incendie, hygiène, électricité) et organiser les audits techniques.
  • Organiser, préparer et suivre les inspections de sécurité ainsi que les audits techniques réguliers.
  • Réaliser les mises en conformité nécessaires et lever les réserves émises lors des rapports de contrôle.
  • Veiller à la stricte application des consignes de sécurité sur les chantiers (signalisation, EPI, etc.).

Localisation, conditions & date d’arrivée

Statut : CDI. Localisation : Auxerre. Poste basé dans les infrastructures du club, avec déplacements ponctuels sur d’autres sites (terrain d’entraînement, autres équipements). Conditions : Poste 100% terrain ! (horaires variables avec des astreintes à prévoir les jours de match et soirs/week-ends selon le calendrier sportif). Date d'arrivée : Dès que possible.
