Descripción del empleo

Operar con éxito las unidades móviles , garantizando el traslado seguro, oportuno y eficiente de materiales, insumos y producto terminado. La posición es responsable de asegurar el estricto cumplimiento de los estándares internacionales de seguridad en la cadena de suministro (C-TPAT y OEA), las normativas federales de transporte y las políticas internas de calidad, seguridad vial y prevención de riesgos.

Requisitos

🎓 Escolaridad y Documentación

  • Secundaria concluida (certificado indispensable) o Bachillerato técnico.
  • Licencia Federal de Conductor Tipo B o E vigente (expedida por la SICT / SCT).

🚛 Experiencia Laboral

  • Mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia comprobable como Operador de Tractocamión / Tráiler Quinta Rueda.
  • Experiencia sólida en manejo de transmisiones manuales de 10, 13 o 18 velocidades (Eaton Fuller) y/o transmisiones automatizadas.
  • Experiencia comprobada en movimientos de patio, maniobras en espacios reducidos y conducción carretera.

🛠️ Conocimientos Técnicos y Normativos

  • Seguridad en Cadena de Suministro: Conocimiento práctico de los lineamientos C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) y OEA (Operador Económico Autorizado).
  • Inspección Vehicular: Dominio del procedimiento de inspección sistemática de 17 puntos para tracto y contenedor.
  • Normatividad SCT / SICT: Conocimiento de regulaciones de pesos y dimensiones (NOM-012-SCT), condiciones físico-mecánicas (NOM-068-SCT) y tiempos de conducción y descanso (NOM-087-SCT).
  • Manejo Defensivo: Certificación o capacitación en técnicas de manejo defensivo, educación vial y prevención de accidentes.
  • Tecnología a Bordo: Manejo básico de sistemas de telemetría, GPS y aplicaciones móviles de logística.
