Job Description

Analizar fallas de componentes y verificar la trazabilidad para determinar si el producto cumple con los requisitos de calidad. En caso contrario, establecer medidas de contención, desechar el material defectuoso o prepararlo para su reinserción. Implementar alertas de calidad, mantener áreas limpias y coordinar con otros departamentos para asegurar la calidad tanto del proceso de manufactura como del producto final.

Qualifications

  • Análisis (electrónico, estadístico, de procesos, entre otros) de productos sospechosos de acuerdo con las pruebas y/o especificaciones de calidad, utilizando herramientas y equipos de análisis (multímetro, osciloscopio, microscopio, rayos X, metodologías de resolución de problemas, etc.).
  • Identificar el origen de la falla del producto.
  • Registrar y monitorear indicadores como: material “On Hold”, SCRAP, FPY, reclamaciones de clientes y reclamaciones internas.
  • Preparar y reinsertar piezas clasificadas como OK en el proceso de producción correspondiente.
  • Creación y modificación de documentos internos (ayudas visuales, criterios de calidad, planes de reacción, EWS, alertas de calidad, etc.).
  • Conocimiento y comprensión de los procesos de producción (pruebas funcionales, procesos mecánicos y sistema de trazabilidad).
  • Notificar y establecer acuerdos con equipos multidisciplinarios para resolver problemas relacionados con la calidad del producto o del proceso.
  • Actividades relacionadas con la disposición de SCRAP (tickets de SCRAP, aprobación de WO, disposición de material en SAP y manejo de material SCRAP hacia HSE).
  • dentificación de material sospechoso de acuerdo con el estándar de colores.
