Stellenbeschreibung

  • Während deiner Tätigkeit analysierst du Fertigungs- sowie Logistikabläufe präzise und deckst gemeinsam mit dem Team verborgene Verbesserungspotenziale auf.
  • Aus komplexen Produktionsdaten gewinnst du aussagekräftige Kennzahlen, die du fundiert auswertest, um den Erfolg von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen transparent zu belegen.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen überführst du identifizierte Potenziale in konkrete, praxisnahe Verbesserungen direkt in der Fertigung.
  • Des Weiteren wirkst du an der Konzeption sowie Implementierung von Industrial IoT-Lösungen mit, indem du bei der Auswahl von Hard- und Software unterstützt und erste Erprobungen begleitest, um unsere Maschinen zu vernetzen.
  • Für die effiziente Erfassung sowie Archivierung von Maschinendaten entwickelst du Datenbankkonzepte mit und visualisierst die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse anschaulich in Tools wie Power BI oder Tableau.
  • Nicht zuletzt dokumentierst du strukturiert Prozessabläufe und sorgst dafür, dass alle umgesetzten Änderungen transparent und nachvollziehbar festgehalten werden.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: erste Kenntnisse in Industrial Engineering, Fertigung, Logistik oder der Analyse und Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen; Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse und Business-Intelligence-Anwendungen (z. B. Power BI, Tableau) sind von Vorteil; Erste Erfahrungen mit Digitalisierungslösungen, einer Programmiersprache (z. B. Python, Java, R), SQL oder SAP
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: dir gelingt es, eigenverantwortlich und engagiert an Aufgaben heranzugehen, dabei strukturiert vorzugehen und dich in praktische Projekte einzubringen
  • Arbeitsalltag: Anwesenheit im Büro erforderlich
  • Begeisterung: für die Analyse und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an digitalen Werkzeugen zur Unterstützung dieser Aufgaben mit
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

Dauer: 6 Monate – 15h/Woche (Verlängerung nach Absprache möglich)
