Stellenbeschreibung

In der Bosch Rexroth Academy entwickeln wir KI-gestützte Tools und digitale Plattformen, die das Lernen sowie Arbeiten im industriellen Umfeld revolutionieren. Dazu gehören KI-Assistenten, digitale Zwillinge unserer Lernfabrik und intelligente Trainingsplattformen für Hydraulik sowie Automatisierung. Du wirst Teil eines kleinen, dynamischen Teams, in dem du direkt an echten Projekten arbeitest.

  • Während deiner Werkstudententätigkeit entwickelst und implementierst du innovative KI-Anwendungen, von LLM-basierten Assistenten über Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-Systeme bis hin zu fortschrittlichen Computer-Vision-Modellen sowie bringst diese vom Prototyp zur produktiven Lösung.
  • Du wirkst bei der Gestaltung unserer digitalen Lernplattformen aktiv mit, indem du neue Features entwickelst – sei es im Frontend, Backend oder als Full-Stack-Entwickler:in, ganz nach deinen individuellen Stärken.
  • Darüber hinaus bist du für die Integration moderner Software in industrielle Systeme und Datenquellen verantwortlich. Dazu realisierst du Schnittstellen über OPC UA, REST-APIs oder Azure Cloud Services und schlägst so die Brücke zwischen IT und OT.
  • Des Weiteren testest, evaluierst und dokumentierst du deine entwickelten Lösungen direkt mit Anwender:innen aus Training sowie Produktion. So stellst du eine herausragende User Experience (UX) sicher und lässt kontinuierliches Feedback einfließen.
  • Nicht zuletzt bringst du eigene Ideen proaktiv ein: Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale, entwickelst eigenständig Prototypen für bessere Lösungswege und präsentierst diese überzeugend im Team.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Informatik, Data Science, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: solide Programmierkenntnisse, z.B. in Python; erste Erfahrungen mit Web-Frameworks (z.B. React) oder AI/ML-Frameworks (z.B. PyTorch) von Vorteil
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du strukturierst unklare Herausforderungen selbstständig und gibst bei der ersten Fehlermeldung nicht gleich auf; du bist neugierig sowie packst gerne an
  • Arbeitsalltag: teilweise mobiles Arbeiten möglich
  • Arbeitsort: Ulm oder Würzburg möglich
  • Begeisterung: Freude daran, eigenen geschriebenen Code im echten Einsatz zu sehen
  • Sprachen: gutes Englisch und Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch
