ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ตำแหน่ง ผู้วิเคราะห์/ผู้วิเคราะห์อาวุโส ส่วนกำกับความเสี่ยงทางการเงิน 1-2 ฝ่ายบริหารความเสี่ยงภาพรวม

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  • กับดูแลและติดตามความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำธุรกรรมบริหารเงินสำรองและด้านตลาดการเงิน ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย นโยบาย และกฎเกณฑ์ที่ได้รับอนุมัติของ ธปท.
  • คัดเลือก ประเมินผล วิเคราะห์ และกำกับติดตามความเสี่ยงของสถาบันการเงินคู่ค้าทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ผู้เก็บรักษาหลักทรัพย์ ผู้ให้บริการทางการเงินต่าง ๆ และผู้จัดการทุนภายนอกของ ธปท. ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับการบริหารความเสี่ยงและการควบคุม ตลอดจนบริหารจัดการค่าใช้จ่ายและภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ดูแล ศึกษา เจรจาสัญญาและข้อตกลงทางการเงินต่าง ๆ เช่น สัญญา ISDA, CSA, GMRA, MSFTA และ Give up Agreement
  • ศึกษา ติดตาม วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของกฎหมายและกฎเกณฑ์ในประเทศที่ ธปท. ทำธุรกรรม

ประสบการณ์ทำงาน

  • มีประสบการณ์หรือมีความสนใจในการตรวจสอบบัญชี การกำกับดูแลการลงทุน การกำกับติดตามความเสี่ยงทางการเงิน การทำสัญญาทางการเงิน รวมถึง การบริหารความเสี่ยงทางการเงิน

ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับตำแหน่งงาน

  • มีความสามารถในการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ จับประเด็นและเรียนรู้งานใหม่ ๆ รวมทั้งวางแผนและผลักดันงานให้สำเร็จได้ด้วยตนเอง
  • มีความตระหนักถึงความเร่งด่วน สามารถปฏิบัติงานเชิงรุก และ Multi-tasking ได้ดี
  • มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ประสานงานที่ดี และมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
  • มีทักษะการใช้ AI ในการช่วยปฏิบัติงาน

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท. ได้
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน

  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ การเงิน การธนาคาร บัญชี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 800 คะแนนขึ้นไป โดยผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี ณ วันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร

ระยะเวลาการจ้าง

  • สัญญาจ้างมีระยะเวลา 2 ปี
  • ธปท. อาจจะพิจารณาบรรจุพนักงานสัญญาจ้างเป็นพนักงานประจำ ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด

อัตราเงินเดือนเริ่มต้น

  • ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด โดยพิจารณาถึงประสบการณ์ และคุณสมบัติอื่นเพิ่มเติม
