ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารหลักประกัน/เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารหลักประกันอาวุโส ฝ่ายการเงินและการบัญชี (เปิดรับสมัครถึง 6 ธ.ค. 69)

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  • ปฏิบัติงานด้านการบริหารหลักประกันและ Margin สำหรับธุรกรรมของด้านตลาดการเงินและบริหารเงินสำรอง รวมทั้งประสานงานกับคู่ค้าและผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เมื่อเกิดการ Dispute หรือข้อโต้แย้ง
  • ศึกษาวิเคราะห์ ทำความเข้าใจเครื่องมือทางการเงินและหลักเกณฑ์การเรียกหลักประกัน เพื่อจัดทำความต้องการทางธุรกิจ (Business Requirement) สำหรับ setup และทดสอบระบบงาน/กระบวนการทำงาน เพื่อรองรับการวางหลักประกันตามมาตรฐานสากล ระเบียบ หรือสัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงจัดทำแนวทางปฏิบัติการ (Operational Guidelines) ร่วมกับคู่ค้าและผู้ให้บริการ
  • วิเคราะห์ รวบรวมข้อมูล ประเมินผลการเกณฑ์การบริหารหลักประกัน และจัดทำข้อมูล เพื่อเสนอปรับเกณฑ์ให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนไป ภายใต้ความเสี่ยงที่ ธปท. ยอมรับได้
  • ดำเนินการตามแนวทางการจัดการหลักประกัน เพื่อช่วยเหลือสภาพคล่องสถาบันการเงิน ตามมาตรา 41 และ 42 ของ พ.ร.บ. ธปท. โดยจัดเตรียมระบบงาน คู่มือ และพิธีปฏิบัติงาน รวมถึงดำเนินการจัดเก็บหลักประกันประเภทแบบมีใบตราสาร (Scrip) ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบของ ธปท.
  • รวบรวมข้อมูล เพื่อประเมินผู้ให้บริการ (Service Provider) ให้เป็นตาม Service Level Agreement และเกณฑ์การประเมินตามกรอบข้อกำหนดของ ธปท.

ประสบการณ์ทำงาน

  • หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานต่อไปนี้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานด้านการเงิน การบริหารหลักประกัน การบริหารความเสี่ยงการเงิน หรือการตรวจสอบธุรกรรมทางการเงิน ในด้านใดด้านหนึ่งหรือหลายด้านรวมกัน ประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับห้องค้า (Dealing Room) หรือ ระบบงานห้องค้า (Dealing Room System) สามารถออกแบบพัฒนาระบบงานด้วย RPA หรือ AI

  • ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นเป็นทีม ประสานงานกับฝ่ายงานอื่นทั้งในและต่างประเทศได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และสื่อสารด้วยภาษาที่เข้าใจง่าย ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
  • มีทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ ละเอียด รอบคอบ จับประเด็นและแก้ไขปัญหาได้

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท. ได้
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน

  • ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปสาขาการเงินและการธนาคาร การเงินระหว่างประเทศ การบัญชี การบริหารธุรกิจหรือเศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC 650 ขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า

อัตราเงินเดือนเริ่มต้น

  • ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ธปท. กำหนด โดยพิจารณาถึงประสบการณ์ และคุณสมบัติอื่นเพิ่มเติม
