ธปท. เปิดรับสมัคร ตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่ลงทุน/เจ้าหน้าที่ลงทุนอาวุโส (งาน Dealer/Trader) ฝ่ายบริหารเงินสำรอง

ประสบการณ์ทำงาน

  • การบริหารพอร์ทการลงทุน (Portfolio Manager/ Trader) หรือ การวิเคราะห์เศรษฐกิจและการลงทุน (Investment Analyst) หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่ง Trader, Portfolio Manager หรือ Investment Analyst กับธนาคารพาณิชย์ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน หรือสถาบันการเงินระดับสากลที่มีชื่อเสียงจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
  • หากมี CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) หรือ FRM (Financial Risk Manager) / หรือเทียบเท่า จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
  • ทักษะความสามารถทางเทคนิค หากสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมระบบข้อมูลการเงิน (Bloomberg, Reuters) ในเบื้องต้น และ/หรือเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (เช่น Python, R) จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ

บทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

  • ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ภาวะเศรษฐกิจรวมถึงตลาดการเงินของประเทศที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อกำหนดกลยุทธ์และดำเนินการลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ประเภทต่างๆ ให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ด้านการรักษามูลค่า ด้านสภาพคล่อง และการสร้างผลตอบแทน
  • บริหารพอร์ตการลงทุนภายใต้กรอบความเสี่ยงที่กำหนด และดำเนินการซื้อขายตราสารทางการเงินประเภทต่างๆ ในตลาดการเงินโลก อาทิ ตราสารหนี้ ตราสารทุน อัตราแลกเปลี่ยน และทองคำ รวมถึงตราสารอนุพันธ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อบริหารสภาพคล่องรองรับการดำเนินนโยบายการเงินของ ธปท. ควบคู่กับการวางกลยุทธ์ระยะสั้นเพื่อสร้างผลตอบแทนและบริหารความเสี่ยง
  • ศึกษาและนำเสนอแนวทางการลงทุนในตราสารและเครื่องมือทางการเงินใหม่ๆ ตลอดจนกลยุทธ์การลงทุนเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Investment Strategy) ที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเงินที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป
  • พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์เชิงกลยุทธ์กับสถาบันการเงินคู่ค้า และนักลงทุนสถาบันนานาชาติ รวมไปถึงธนาคารกลางชั้นนำทั่วโลก เพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลเชิงลึกที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการลงทุน

คุณสมบัติทั่วไปผู้สมัคร

  • อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ธปท. ได้
  • หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการรับราชการทหาร หรือพ้นการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าไม่ต้องรับราชการทหาร

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน

  • ปริญญาโท สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ การเงิน วิศวกรรมทางการเงิน วิทยาการข้อมูล คณิตศาสตร์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือ
  • ปริญญาตรี สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ การเงิน วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาการข้อมูล คณิตศาสตร์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมีทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูงมาก
  • ความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับปริญญาโท คะแนน TOEIC 850 ขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า ระดับปริญญาตรี คะแนน TOEIC 900 ขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า โดยผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี ณ วันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร
  • ทั้งนี้ หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการบริหารกองทุน โดยเฉพาะด้านตราสารทุน หรือมีทักษะด้านภาษาจีน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
